We come to Verizon for the prices; BUT, we have stayed with them for decades because of the incomparable Customer Service. Always suggesting this Verizon Store to Family, Colleagues and Neighbors is a no brainer. And everyone continues to come back. Calvin makes it so easy, understandable and while phone purchases can be stressful, Cal goes the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Dalton & Zach are helpful as well. Dalton and Calvin helped me so much the other day with issues I was having with my phone. They were so kind and informative, after being lied to from a different Verizon store. They fixed whatever they could and set me up with exact phone I needed.

My wife and I visited the store Saturday December 23 looking for answers about the 5G Internet. After an extensive conversation with Calvin Walls and his suggestion that we update our service plan, we left a few hours later with a new iPhone, (2)5G boxes, an iPad, an Apple watch, all the accessories. All we needed was to pay the start up costs and the rest was covered through credits for updating our plan. We were so delighted with Calvin's knowledge and patience that we returned Tuesday December 26 and purchased a new iphone for my mother and a new Galaxy for my Dad. His very first smart phone. Thank you so much Calvin, we'll be seeing you in the next few days for a third 5Gbox for our food truck.

Calvin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when up grading our phones. He explained the costs of up grading, any plan changes, and was able to answer any and all questions we had.

Ordered phones from Verizon online, they went missing, called to cancel order, went to the store and the order wasn’t canceled. Calvin got it all straightened out and got me all hooked up. I was amazed it was that easy, I think he was too lol

Dalton and Calvin spent hours making sure my phone and service was set up correctly. Calvin even worked the next day to get issues resolve even after I left the store. They both went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend this local retailer as we are so lucky to have this so close to home with incredible customer service.

A call or a visit to Calvin always results in more knowledge and understanding of devices, services, and options. Even if a new device or gadget isn’t needed, questions are answered and problems resolved!

Excellent service! We always call Calvin when we need help with our devices, from upgrades, getting us the best rates, trouble shooting, and accessories, he’s always very quick to get us up and running. Recently, I contacted Calvin for a last minute to add an IPad for my daughters birthday. I only had two dad until I needed it. He got it ordered and to us on time and helped my daughter have a great birthday. If Calvin isn’t available, all of his staff is extremely knowledgeable as well.
