I highly recommend! Excellent customer service from the entire family. We purchased a pre-owned boat and were treated as if we were buying the top of line new boat. This family owned business got it right in our book! From sale to close of purchase. Bottom line they treated us like family and for our first boat buying experience ill never forget their kindness. Lastly Michelle is a must on all test drives!

Bill, Todd & Michelle are absolutely the best marina owners in town! We have docked our boats & wave runners with them for over 35 years with no problems. Recent rains storms caused lake to rise & flood. Bill had our wave runners pulled & boats secured before we could call to request such action. They take care of all of our repairs and order parts as needed. Couldn't find a friendlier family run business on Conneaut Lake! They have also taken care of my in-laws boats & wave runner. They were always there to help when my father-in-law was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and sent flowers when he passed last fall. Great people!!

Where to start...I was looking for a pontoon boat and found one that was priced right and in pristine condition at Bill's. On the day I was going over to buy the boat I found one at another Premier pontoon dealer almost 2 hours away but it was larger and also in good shape and priced right. When I called Bill's and explained to them that I was going to purchase from another dealer they were more than understanding and stated that it was important to make the right decision for my needs and desire. So I buy the boat at the other dealer the next morning but the dock slip that I got for the season was not ready yet. I was in a jam as I borrowed the trailer to haul the pontoon and had to return it but had nowhere to dock my boat. Michelle and Bill were gracious enough to provide me complimentary dockage for about a week while my dock was installed. They went above and beyond and have been extremely helpful. I will NEVER use another marina for my storage, maintenance, repairs or winterization needs as long as they are around. Honest, polite and professional. Thank you Bill and Michelle! You are a true asset to our area and our business community.

I have bought 3 Premier brand pontoon boats from Bills Midway Marina, I have had Maintenance, Dockage and Storage on all of them with Bills and have been overall very satisfied. I had a few minor issues with my second boat, Michelle is the best and would always resolve any problems that I brought to her attention . There are cheaper pontoon boats but you get what you pay for , Premier is overall a very well made quality boat and I highly recommend them. As far as Bills midway marina, One of the best marinas in Conneaut lake, Michelle, Todd and Bill are very good honest people , I trust them , And I would highly recommend them also.
