Judge Cole and His staff, were very professional and kind,truly caring about your well being. Court is not always a fun place too be. But I was explained everything in detail by not only the district attorney and ADA, but the honorable judge Cole himself spoke too me one on one. Answering any And all concerns I had putting me from a very uncomfortable state too a very comfortable state And pc of mind. Not recommended too get into trouble, but we’re all human we make mistakes and I believe Judge Cole understands that and gives you a fair shot! Very good people!, thank you!

I’m so sick of this town! They don’t want anything but your money ! I paid my fine last year and my license is still suspended I can’t even get up to mount Carmel to talk with the people in person. I don’t have a license to drive there and it’s goin on almost a week I’ve been calling trying to get ahold of anyone! At least let people leave a message ! This is what messes with people lives just to stay out of jail! You give no help whatsoever the bare minimum you could do as a district court is allow someone to leave a message rather then have them brought in custody because you can’t answer the phone !I will be taking this to court

They NEVER answer their phone!!!! There is no way to leave a message, nothing can get done without their help. Just asking them to do their job, answer the phone, allow us to leave a message so you can get back to us. Not everyone has a fax machine so telling us "if it's an emergency, leave a fax" is useless.

Real piece of work. Your office isn't open so you can't talk to anyone in person. And you must leave your phone hanging off the hook because for hours on end you try to call and it's busy you can't get through.

They do not answer phones there.
