Surprisingly good selection of aquarium products, from tanks to esoteric live plants. Staff don't seem to change much, and are extremely kind and helpful, so you can always talk to the same person that helped you last visit.

Love that I don't have to order stuff sight unseen online, and will be using this as my primary store, especially given they'll let you request custom orders of fish.

Never had an issue with any reptiles, enclosures, equipment, etc that I have acquired from this store, they always have exactly what I need for the enclosure’s and supplies to get a new animal set up properly, and the customer service/associates are wonderful with a true love for all animals and helping customers get what they need for their pets without wasting time/money. Every person I’ve dealt with really tries to help you/the customer get the most value out of each trip if you are part of the rewards program as well which really helps save the customer money when stocking up on everything you may need to have on hand for your pets and more. Very underrated store in my opinion and even if they don’t have what you need it can be ordered and either shipped directly to your house or delivered to the store to be picked up in a timely manner. I have been going to the place for several years as well as other pet stores in the area but as of 2023 I highly recommend the Dubois Petco, it is my go to for everything I need for the 3 species of colubrids I keep as pets such as a Northern Pine Snake, Honduran Milk, and all 13 of my Corn Snakes from hatchlings to juveniles, to sub adult and adult in size with varying needs. Not to mention a lot of mouths to feed, different enclosure size requirements, and so on. It doesn’t matter what animal’s you are in to, the people at Petco will take good care of you and keep you stocked up on anything you may need for your animals of any kind/age!

The manager at Petco in Indiana PA is an awesome asset to your company. He goes ABOVE and beyond for the critters and also the customers.

Bought a few items for my cat. Food, a new scoop & new litter. Good products & prices.

My dog was very well taken care of. He even seems to smile more since he got groomed there.

They have a great selection but their prices are sometimes double what they are at other local stores

I always love coming into the store. Everyone is so helpful in what to do or what to buy to keep my pets in optimal health and happy. The employees are so friendly and cheerful and love it when I bring my jackrussel mix into the store. They shower her with effection

The young lady that helped me was great. I had a question about dog food for my Doberman. She gave me useful information. She also graciously took the bag that I was going to get and put it back to where I got it from. I then purchased a bag of food that she suggested foe my dogs needs. She was great!
