Seafood bake... I'll be thinking about it for a while. Some of the best scallops I've ever had. Very happy we chose the Belfry for our anniversary dinner. Come, you won't be disappointed.

Make sure you reserve a table!

This is the best food near Jay Peak. Don't waste your money or an evening eating at the resort. Come here. It's amazing. The fish dishes or flavorful and fresh. The burger was perfect. The staff here are incredibly helpful and delightful and accommodating. We can't wait to return and try more things on the menu.

Absolutely amazing!
Food was to die for! All 5 of us got an entree that everyone tried a bite of and everyone was blown away at how delicious it all was!
The food is local, so the price is fair!
The inside is small, so it is loud and kind of cramped during busy hours- make sure you get a reservation- they have limited seating!
Hands down the best food we have tried in all of Vermont!

Was very busy when we showed up, but that's an indication that it's a great place. Didn't have a reservation but they managed to fit us in. Staff was very kind and attentive. Food came quickly and was hot and delicious. The shrimp scampi was excellent, the salad and veg very fresh. I would come back here again if I'm ever in Vermont in the future.

I had been here a few times before tonight so I knew to expect some bomb food, but the steaks my father and I got tonight were over the top extraordinary. Everything we ate was 11/10 delicious. Of course would have been a sin to leave without peanut butter pie. Belfry remains my favorite stop at Jay peak by a mile!

The food here is SO much better than anything at Jay Peak resort. The kitchen staff is totally on top of their game. I had the spinach salad w/ steak, and my wife had the risotto w/ steak. Both delicious. The guy at the next table over got the seared ahi tuna and he said it was excellent. I'll have to try that next time.

We made a reservation for a party of 9 about a week ahead of time. We walked in on time for our reservation and we were seated immediately at two tables next to each other. The waitress asked if we wanted our checks split up before even taking our drink order. Which is AWESOME. Totally the right thing to do. I hate when we're left to figure it all out at the end of the meal. (we ended up doing one check anyways to make it easier for her)

We didn't have to wait long for appetizers, drinks, or food. We all got one or 2 drinks a piece, appetizers, and meals, and we didn't feel rushed. They didn't charge us a service fee for the large party, which was nice. We tipped 20% anyway.

The hostess was really nice too!

I still talk about this place 2 years after coming here for dinner during a ski trip - so figured I should probably write a review at least. 🙃

We came here for dinner two nights in a row during our ski trip because we loved the food and atmosphere so much! Great service and delicious food. Definitely recommend!

We've been meaning to stop in for a long time and finally made a reservation. I'm so glad we did.

Our group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed everything from Peroni and prosecco, yummy bread baskets, and amazing entrees. Standouts were the brisket chili, cheddar burger, and blackened NY strip. The service was really great too!

This foodie group will definitely be back.

Stopped here for dinner after a day at Jay Peak water park. It was great. It was late fall. Very cozy and quaint inside. Food and service was great, prices were fair. Seemed to be a locals hangout. It was a prefect stop on our weekend road trip. They had some lawn actives off the patio the kids played.

Great food, friendly service, fun atmosphere, well thought out menu. Honestly it’s the best hidden gem in the area! We go here any time we’re in the area and have never been disappointed.

My wife and I had a wonderful meal this past Thursday evening at the Belfry. I had scallops that were on the "special board" that night. I am thinking they were U12/U15ish and I believe 5 or 6 were in the dish and they were scrumptious. My sides were beets, which were perfectly cooked , asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes that were very tasty. My wife had the shrimp scampi served over linguine and she loved it. This was a nice meal and to experience that quality in a fairly remote area of Vermont was a win, win for us. We felt a special vibe in the establishment and we will be back again after another day skiing at Jay Peak. FYI, we made reservations at 6pm and that is significantly earlier than our typical dining time of ~ 7:30. But there are limited restaurants in the area and it can get very busy during ski season. So, we recommend reservations for sure and remember it's ski country. There were many families enjoying the moment as well and it became busy quickly. Our meals were hot and the service was top notch and we think would would do the same time again too.

Worth the wait! We did not have a reservation. Found it online. Was jam packed on a Monday night. Locals, as well as tourists. Food was delicious! I had the chicken Alfredo special & my daughter ordered a burger. We were served Complimentary bread & oil, due to the back up in the kitchen. We were informed that everything is made to order, from scratch. Do yourself a favor & order the blackberry margarita 😋 completed our meal with frozen PB pie with an Oreo crust, which was to die for.

We had a great time here. They were able to squeeze us in on a very busy Saturday after we were turned away by other restaurants that were full. The food and atmosphere were great. We had maple wings and stuffed haddock and enjoyed them very much. We enjoyed the draft beer and cocktails. Would recommend!
