Needed a new battery. John was working and in between the phone ringing and helping customers in the store, he was kind enough to disconnect the old one and put the new one in! Not an easy task with so many wires to a winch etc on my jeep. Very patient and got the job done. So thankful!

Al and Jeff are pretty knowledgeable guys they actually give you the correct parts for your specific vehicle unlike most places where the employees are just looking for a paycheck and dont care if they help you or not.
