I just want to give a massive kuddo's for the great service they showed everyone, I came by to wait for my ride and just hearing how great they are really made me feel welcomed even though I did not purchased anything. I really appreciate the respect and friendliness they showed everyone. I yet to taste the food because I was broke, but there is always an update, keep up the great work. I appreciate you guys. That was my first time there.

Forget the drive thru. It's better to walk in and order your drink! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Every time I come in from Albuquerque to visit family, I drop in. Seats are comfy!

Absolutely great place to get a cup of coffee. First time coming here, there wasn't that much people but it was great. I got a London Fog that was absolutely the most tasteful tea I've had in a very long time. It's small and not very crowded.

These Baristas at this location are beyond kind every time I visit. Wonderful coffee! Love the pairing of White Chocolate, and Vanilla in The Snowflake, and don't forget the extra shot. Thanks for Always blessing my fur kid with his very own pup cup.

I hadn't gone for a coffee in a while but yesterday I thought I would treat myself. When I drove up to the window, I went to the location by Big 5, and the barista asked how I was and I said I was great. I asked how she was and she said, "I am blessed." I thought that was so beautiful and made my day to have someone so positive serve me coffee. Wonderful people, wonderful coffee and a wonderful coffee experience. Everyone at this location is always so sweet and I always tip. Thank you to those that do their job wtih a positive attitude and kindness as it does matter. Thank you!

It's an awesome coffee shop with good coffee and pastries. They also offer high speed internet and areas where you can sit and get stuff done on your laptop

Like mine strong this suited me well. Nice young staff that knew the company history. Baked goods are tasty.

The two ladies working on the morning of 10/28/2017 were amazing, had great work ethic and salesmanship. My wife and I both had one of their signature drinks called the "Avalanche". Which is a white mocha with macadamia nut, it tasted great. They had great enthusiasm at 6:30 am, remembered our names all the way until we left the coffee shop, and promoted Durango Joes West the best I've ever seen. If I had them as baristas, I'd never return to a Starbucks again. On a side note, I've never seen Starbucks have macadamia nut flavor, I'd give Durango Joes West another star for that.

The staff here is always great, service is great. This is always my last stop before leaving town. Power infusions or pombombs for the road.

Been here twice this week- today and Monday. Super nice and helpful staff, they never fail to answer my many questions about their drinks. Tasty coffee drinks with many varieties. Vegan-friendly.

Very nice and welcoming environment. Breakfast burrito was very good and the coffee is very tasty!

Excellent service. Staff is very nice polite and they let you sit with your pet inside specially if there will behave this includes cats. They are also very helpful

This location is very busy but they always get the orders out in a timely fashion. Friendly staff.

Great customer service, quiet, quaint place great for relaxing and enjoying your coffee or get it on the go with the drive-thru. Sam was excellent!! Caramel macchiato was amazing!!

First time here and it was delicious 😋 definitely worth it
