Ate here for the first time today. It is so nice to see somewhere with healthy fresh options. The food and smoothie were both excellent! The owner was very kind and helpful! Support your local businesses and give it a try!

I got my first “from the root smoothie” a few days ago & I must say I enjoyed every oz of it! Everything was 100% natural, you can taste all the nutrients from each fruit. The owner Craig did inform me that it was sweeteners if I wanted something sweet. They also sell food! Definitely will be back for more.
