Great knowledgeable employees. They will go out of their way to take care of their customers even if it means taking a personal drive to anther store. Will is my favorite employee and keeps me up-to-date on anything I might be interested in purchasing. He goes above for all customers and I will only shop at this location especially since he's a fellow New Yorker. I really appreciate the loyalty to your customers and I will only shop here.

They always take the time to advise me and help me. Dylan and Jen are good at gaming but they are really exceptionally great at helping people. They know how to make customers feel like a member of the club. In fact, they saved me money by helping me join the rewards club. Thank you!

This GameStop is super helpful. I wish I still lived closer to this establishment. It's my preferred GameStop compared to anything local to me in Bridgeport (near KoP).

The attendants are helpful & knowledgeable about their products. The manager there is super chill. I love the organization to their midnight releases as well.

Easy to get in and out of and they usually have what you want. The staff is very helpful. Prices can be a little higher than you can find online but I feel that is for the convenience of getting something right now rather than waiting for shipping.

This Gamestop is Bad, Michael Jackson bad. The service is nasty, like Jordan draining a 3. The whole staff is sick. if I was talking about illness, I'd wash my hands but I'm taking about their personality cause they're the BEST!

Perfect. Excellent Phone and Customer Service. They helped me find everything I needed, and asked all the right questions. Employees are great, and gamers themselves, which helps when you need to know about a game and quality. Best GameStop yet.
