AT&T Store

We had gone to another local AT&T store to replace my work phone and to purchase a phone for my stepson for Christmas…. The only working associate at thid other store was busy with another customer and we sat there over 30 minutes without being acknowledged or told how much longer we would have to wait… so we decided to just go to another store (West Goshen Location) and couldn’t be happier with how we were greeted and how fast Reese the associate helped us. He answered all of our questions was very personable and had us in and out of there extremely fast. Would highly recommend this location and AT&T should be proud to have this man working at their store!

I went in to upgrade my phone. Maurice J was excellent, fast and knowledgeable about everything. He helped me upgrade and have my phone in perfect working condition in no time! Thank you for your great customer service!!

I traded in my older model IPhone for the newest model yesterday. The young man who waited on me, Nathan, was great. He was welcoming, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I bought my previous phone here a few years back and I was impressed then and was impressed again. I highly recommend this AT&T location.

Zachary was the most amazing person to work with. We came in around closing time and he spent so much time with us making sure we were properly taken care of. He was knowledgeable on everything we asked him about. I will only be going to this store in the future as it’s impossible to find quality help at AT&T stores these days!!!!

Zachary was absolutely the best person to work with to get my new iPhone. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and a joy to work with. Beyond that he is a kind and compassionate human!!! I am so deeply grateful to have received such incredible service. It was the best interaction I’ve ever had at a phone store and I am so very happy with my new phone and that humans like Zachary are out there in the world. Thank you so much.

Zachary was fantastic from beginning to end. Twice. Helped me with trade-in I did online that went wrong. He cleared it all up and even helped better my deal and make sure my account was cleaned up. Very responsive. Very knowledgeable. Very professional and friendly. Definitely should have gone here instead of trying to do it online.

Dave, store manager, was Fabulous! Personable, informative, helpful and efficient. He put together a package of so many products and gave us a great deal on all of it! We have always loved this store but Dave really hit it out of the park! We walked out with 2 IPhone 12 Max, 2 watches, 2 cases and a pair of ear buds. For a reasonable amount. We traded in 2 devices and 2 other phones. All in about an hour+. And he is very funny👍

Walking into the AT&T store I was absolutely lost. I had been on my family’s plan for 16 years and had no idea how to go about getting on my own. As soon as I walked in, Albert seamlessly lead me through the process! He was extremely knowledgeable and I immediately trusted him to find me the exact plan I needed. Albert was able to assist me in getting my husband and I both switched to a new account, and made it SO EASY! I admit I was not looking forward to stopping at the phone store after a long day of work, but Albert made me glad I did!

My husband and I were extremely happy with the service that we received yesterday at AT&T! The employees were extremely helpful, and knowledgeable which made our experience a great one! They were so kind, and took the time to answer any questions that we had (which were a lot!)! Every single time we have gone to our AT&T store we have alway been very pleased with our service, and with the employees who work there! Ty and Reese were the two gentlemen in particular who helped us yesterday, and they were amazing! Thank you!

The service was perfect! The person who assisted me was knowledgeable and was very personable! He took very good care of me!

We came to the store to upgrade and replace an iphone 6 and an even older flip phone. We were helped by Zachary, who went above and beyond to help us. He was knowledgeable about the different iphone models and helpful when selecting different cases. Zachary also helped us with a more cost effective plan. Truly A+ service and I would definitely recommend.

My daughter and I went to this AT & T store on January 17, 2021 for an upgrade on her old phone. We were met by Briana upon arrival and couldn't have been happier with her service. She was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. We were in and out of the store with all the information transferred to the new phone in about 20-30 minutes.
What I thought would be a 1.5 to 2 hour ordeal turned into a very
easy upgrade. I highly recommend Brianna when shopping at the AT & T store on West Chester Pike in the Shop Rite Shopping Center.

Dave and Zachary were awesome to work with! Highly recommend, great service. They both spent a lot of time educating us about pricing and the technical aspects of the phone which is most important to us

Zach at the West Chester store has been amazing. As soon as I walked in the door he asked me how he could assist me. He helped me with a claim for my phone with its “screen fracture“. He helped me more tonight then my last 3 visits at the Exton AT&T store. They send me elsewhere and he helped me with no issue.

Ray helped us, he was awesome! Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, he was respectful of our time and everyone else in the store. So glad I came into the store, the process was quick and easy, and he provided a lot of useful advice and tips.

We went today to upgrade 2 phone - blocked out a few hours in our day because it usually takes at least two. We were pleasantly surprised to be helped immediately and got everything we needed very fast. This will be our only AT and T store as long as Dave is there.

Went into the store looking for a galaxy phone that had an attractive promotion on it. Rep was very helpful setting up the new required service. Things were clearly explained and I came away comfortable with the transaction.

Great service by the new management at AT&T store. Zach and the team were knowledgable, professional and gave me exactly what I needed. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back for a new iPhone in 30 months.
