Tiffin Indian Cuisine Bryn Mawr

Over the many years I’ve been eating at the Bryn Mawr Tiffin, the manager, Rudra and his staff have been overly hospitable to me. They’ve allowed me to cook and watch in the back of the kitchen and see how their operation works. They work smoothly and efficiently . I have seen them serve so many orders in the span of 30 minutes and each dish was cooked with intense attention to detail. The food they’ve served is better than any Indian food I’ve ever had. (This is no joke) I have been to almost every Tiffin location in the area and it doesn’t taste this good. If you are new to Indian cuisine, you should get the Chicken Tikki Masala. It will immediately jump into your list of favorite foods. What a treat!!

The food is AMAZING and the service is immaculate!! The staff is attentive to your needs and the food comes out perfect!! Their food tastes better than the other Tiffin’s and that is a FACT!! I go there once a week with my son and he loves it as much as I do. Please try it and you will be impressed!!

I have only ordered take out. But everyone at Tiffin Bryn Mawr is so nice and professional. There was an issue one time with my order and they went above and beyond to fix it. Food is delicious!!

We love Tiffin in Bryn Mawr. We have eaten here for years and the food has always been consistent and wonderful. We especially love the curries, appetizers and naan. The chili chicken is probably my favorite which I sometimes crave. But we also like trying new things on the menu because everything is always flavorful and fresh. Service is always quick and friendly. There is also real value, and we like the BYOB option. The atmosphere is cozy and casual. We have brought friends, family and work colleagues here and they all have enjoyed it.

Absolutely love that they now offer takeout in reusable containers!! Have always loved Tiffin’s food & this will now be our go to Indian spot. Thank you for offering a more sustainable option

Wow! Wow! Wow! The best Indian food I have had on the east coast so far. The Paneer Makhani was so incredibly delicious! I’ve never had it before and was so overjoyed when I discovered a new dish to dream about. The garlic naan was doughy, fragrant perfection, and the Mango Lassis were sublime. We ordered the Paneer Makhani “mild” and it had just the right amount of spice. The Paneer Tikka Masala was very spicy so if you prefer less spicy food, ask for mild. The basmati rice was cooked to perfection. Also, we very much appreciated the tape across the top of the lassis so they didn’t spill. Excellent! We will absolutely return!

Tiffin prepared the order as required since it was a kids event and we needed the curry to be as mild as possible. They were there before time for delivery and that really helped us save a lot of time.

We love Tiffin Bryn Mawr! The service is quick and excellent. We order in weekly, because we love it so much. And, the cherry on the top is their reusable containers for take out. Every week when our order comes, we hand the previous weeks containers back to the driver to return. Wonderful waste reduction and very convenient! Thrilled to be regulars at this wonderful restaurant!

Delicious Indian food. Went during lunch, they have a small lunch special menu but with great prices which includes simosa or fried onion appetizer. We had the aloo gobi and eggplant dish can’t remember the name, both were outstanding!

Very nice indian restuarant. The food was excellent. We were hungry on a rainy evening and we had a tummy full dinner here. Do try kakori kababs and chettinad curry pot. Nice and quick service as well.

This is really good food. I lived in SF for 30 years and visited plenty of restaurants there, around the bay, and in Freemont. Tiffin holds up. steve

Tiffin is one of my go-to spots in the are for dinner. It’s a casual, cozy place with absolutely delicious food and a friendly staff. The portions are big and it’s a great idea to get a few appetizers and entrees and share! I particularly recommend the saag paneer and the malai kofta!

Tiffin is the best place to hang out with friends and have the most delicious food in town. It has a very cozy vibe to it and the staffs are super sweet. Definitely recommend!!

I order from here often. I love this spot! The food is always fresh, delicious, and flavorful!! My 10 year old loves it too. We even order out from here to introduce friends to Indian food whom haven’t tried it. Parking is an issue here but of no fault of their own. Typical of this area. It’s worth finding a spot or getting take out from. We always order take out and it’s so fresh when we get home. I love that they use reusable containers now too setting an example for other local businesses that you can successfully be environmentally friendly while not compromising your food quality or bottom line.
