Pickle Barrel Nightclub

Noticed someone said the bar was dead tonight...id say this is worth a $15 cover! Bar is jammed packed and the place is bumpin' right now!! It seems like hundreds of people happily paid the cover! The staff is amazing and super friendly as well. Highly recommend this bar...see for yourself!

We had a great time on Saturday. The band was lit. Employees were very friendly. The place was packed but there was plenty of dancing space downstairs and upstairs. Several bars reducing wait times. Definitely made our night.

The place is great! 5-Star. But when I realized I may not be able to get a ride home because my Uber ride fell through, the head of security Geo immediately offered to help - got me home safe and sound with a great convo on the way from Killington to Rutland.

My friends and I visited the Pickle Barrel on a Friday night. We had lots of fun, the drinks were a-flowing and the music was a-bumping. Great crowd and good vibes. The live band was so fun but note they do not take any requests even if you ask nicely. We just wanted to hear Zombies by the Cranberries! We got nuggets and fries at the end of the night too which was much needed but NFL stadium level prices. Overall this is a great spot but not ideal for karaoke or those that like to have input on the music being played. Shout out to Lionel the bartender you rock! Make sure to request him.

Went on Friday night 2/16/24 with 8 friends for a bachelor party, and we had a blast. The band Garden State Radio was great. Perfect for this venue. We didn't have to pay a cover because we ate dinner at Jax and the waitress gave us a free entry card for Pickle Barrel.

Coat check is "decide what you want to pay" which is a little weird. I didn't know how much a coat check typically costs so I just gave 10 bucks total for all of our jackets.

The music they play in between band sets was good, still fun even when the band wasn't playing. We never had to wait in line at the bar for drinks. There were piles of free bottled water everywhere, which was awesome.

We utilized the shuttle at 1:00AM to get all of us back to our Airbnb, which was a huge perk.

I found the staff firm and matter-of-fact, but not rude. Honestly, I see why they have to act that way when this place is full of 500 drunk idiots.

The drinks were wildly expensive and it seems like the men's bathroom had absolutely no ventilation at all (seriously, I've been in hot summertime construction site portable toilets that smelled better), but other than that it was a great experience.

Great old rustic place, great vibe, frendly staff, excellent bar tenders and the room sounds great for live music.

Whenever I'm skiing killington I tell everyone to come to the pickle barrel. This is the best place to go if you're trying to have a great night. Free shuttle service both ways if you're within 6 miles. They have coat check. The cover is worth it, the live music is amazing every time. Can't wait to come back!!

Top-notch staff! They have loads of free water bottles on the bar and reminders all around to drink more water. All clubs and venues should do this. The floor gets tight but it’s always a great time! They serve pizza which is a good pick me up before your night ends. They get great acts in. I don’t ski, but I’ll make the trek up to Pickle Barrel any time I can!!

Doesn't look like much from the outside but pretty cool barn style "nightclub." Free parking available outside. They do have a cover ( I would prefer it was free for locals). Has a stage where bands perform, big bar. Music was pretty good, drinks are priced a bit on the steeper side but we got a decent pour! Overall, had fun and will be back!

The band was amazing, the drink was superb, and security was tight to the roof.

What a great venue! Went to see Gubbulidis and Mihali and friends, and had an absolute blast! MAY want to consider an overhand or something if people have to wait in line outside, but other than that great! Also, check out the Crows Nest, a little nook upstairs where you can still hear the music but just be able to hang out! Can’t wait to return!

Seeing Mihali here spoiled me. But it's a beautiful venue tucked in Killington VT. Small but intimate. A great all around experience 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

I was there last night to see @Kyle_Benjamen playing with the band ROYALS on the opening night. The staff here is fantastic. Great service in all aspects, friendly, attentive, and quick. I never stood at the bar for more than a couple minutes before someone asked me if I was being helped and this place was busy! Also very reasonable prices. This is the kind of place a girl can go to ALONE or with a couple friends and feel very safe and comfortable because of how well security operates, which is huge for me too. That being said, security doesn’t come off as imposing or intimidating, and clearly does not want to overstep. They are just there to make sure everyone has a good time. I was fortunate enough to meet Chris near the entrance who was a true professional and a great guy. Also the sound and lighting they did for the live music was excellent. You could tell how much time and attention they put into the shows that go on here. Huge kudos to management, owners, and staff. Highly recommend this spot for a night out to anyone.

What an amazing bar! So much fun, definitely a must checkout in Killington! Elissa the bartender is absolutely amazing! She made sure we had a fun and safe night and recommended amazing drinks! The live music is fantastic as well!
