I used this storage facility for approximately 2 years, when I stored furniture, bins of children’s books, and household items after relocating. When the time came to empty the unit, I found mildew covering the wood furniture, including my piano. MICE had chewed into the bins of children’s books, leaving mouse feces and urine on the books, and chewing through them, destroying quite a few of my sons’ childhood books. When we reported it to management, we were told that pest control was our responsibility. Needless to say, we won’t be using Autumn Ridge again.

Terrible experience. Unreliable. I only have two days off a week, and the one day I have time to go pay my bill and get my stuff sorted in my storage unit, they closed early. I called them and they are like, "Oh yeah, we definitely aren't coming back down today." I'm sorry your own business is such an inconvenience to you. I biked down there across town to my bill. Once they actually show up to their place of business, I am done with them. Plenty of other storage places in the area. Go somewhere else people. What's the point in posting hours if you close whenever you please?

This is the worst place ever to get a storage shed!!! They lock you out of your stuff even when you make payments on time and can never keep their stuff straight! At first they tried to move someone else in our shed because they forgot they already had rented it out. Then, I kept getting calls asking us which one we were after we got it straight the first time. Then, they tried to charge our card 6 times for one payment and shut our cards down. Now I'm locked out of my shed that i just paid the other day and they won't answer my calls. The one they did answer they hung up on me!
