Lake Shore Country Club

This is a lovely venue in a beautiful setting. I am employed here too, so you could say that I am biased, but that also means that I understand the work that goes on behind the scenes to put an event together. Recently I was on the other side of the experience as a guest, and so I can speak from that perspective as well. The banquet and kitchen staff provide excellent service and delicious food. They are committed to providing quality service while being efficient, flexible when possible, and welcoming.

We held our daughter’s baby shower in the Green Room this past weekend. The staff was so accommodating and made sure we, and our guests, had an amazing day. The food was excellent and we were blown away by the beauty of the setting and the view. Thank you so much to all of the staff for making our magical day the best ever!

I grew up at LSCC and moved away in my teens. I miss the pool, the snack bar, munchkins tennis, the club house and riding my bike alongside the Beautiful golf course back to my house. Also, the fourth of July parties with the fire trucks, bounce houses, and fireworks. This place is magical!

You can't beat the pool and the view. The staff is very friendly and work to give you the best experience possible. All of the members are approachable and friends and acquaintances are made easily. Guest fees are a steal if you know a member and if you don't, reach out to the club for a tour.

Absolutely beautiful. The employers were outstanding. The food was very good. It is an excellent place to have an event or be a member of an outstanding golf course!

We held our wedding reception at LSCC in October 2022. It was BEAUTIFUL scenery. Lisa was amazing to work with in all the decisions and planning that went into ensuring the event went as planned. She coordinated everything and every detail. I never felt like I had to make sure something else was taken care of. She is great at communicating and never got irritated or flustered with all of my details, notes, questions, etc. I was able to drop everything off the few days before the event and it was all set up. They did start "taking down" and packing things away a little early, but I'm sure that is to ensure that everything is done on time and thatq we could take our stuff with us that night. There were a few things that weren't in the places that we had gone over.... but it actually looked better how it was set up. My husband / groom felt that the steaks were underdone (listed as medium rare and appeared to be on the more rare end of that spectrum) but he could have notified the staff and it would have been taken care of immediately. All of the staff was very attentive to our needs. Lisa also coordinates with the other vendors and communicates throughout the event to ensure that everything goes smoothly. We also ended up becoming members there during the planning process. the staff have all been pleasant and helpful (I can be very awkward and confused haha) and we really enjoyed the pool over the summer. Looking forward to see what else the club has in store for upgrades and spending more time at the pool and grill room. My husband also enjoys the golf course and finds it a good challenge to his game.

Had dinner as a guest and it was superb with a great wait staff. Enjoyed the evening with friends. Do not know if you have to be a member to have dinner there, I did not ask, but had a very nice evening with friends.

This was a fabulous place to hold our reception! Lisa, the catering director, was absolutely amazing. After one meeting, we were able to plan almost the entire reception. She had everything we needed and didn't even know we wanted!! In addition to the delicious food, Lisa also took care of some of the decorating and setup. The catering staff and bartenders were professional, attentive, and friendly. We were so pleased with the attention to detail. We were also able to take pictures on the bluff overlooking Lake Erie right out back! It was gorgeous, and we got great price even though we weren't even members!

We had our wedding here at Lake Shore and it couldn't have been more perfect and beautiful. Lisa was easy to work with,w communicated to make sure everyone was on the same page. She made sure everything was smooth coasting and made sure we weren't stressed on or up to our wedding day by giving us timelines in a very reasonable time and manner. Everyone who came (185 people) all said the same thing, food was fabulous, beautiful wedding ceremony, beautiful reception, the best bartenders quick and efficient, and the best wedding they have been at (been to quite a few). It's just unfortunate I can't give a 10/10. I strongly believe with our DJ choice, photographer, and Lake Shore we couldn't have asked for the best, most perfect wedding.

Absolutely a hidden gem, from the great food to the golf It is a great family destination. The staff is always friendly, the food amazing and the amenities top notch. The course is always in great shape compared to any course in the area. This is a must join club with great people and friends that you just cant experience anywhere else. A++++ as always.

Great food Fantastic Fourth of July Fireworks

It was very nice. Everyone enjoyed themselves at the Football Banquet for Cathedral Prep. My grandson, a junior, received his letterman jacket and a certificate with a pin for it.

Just played in the member guest. Over the top with the food. The pro and staff were so helpful to me as a guest. Golf course was like playing in the US Open. Great club!!

Great service. A little pricey for guests, but overall awesome experience. They also have delicious food.

My son works here and he seems to enjoy the atmosphere. I was just swinging by to pick him up. Beautiful layout. Hidden.
