An amazing place!! Food is outstanding. Service is amazing. Thanks to all!! Drinks were delicious. The special seafood dish was so incredible. Zero complaints here. You will not be sorry and i eat at tons of places. I’ll be back again when im town.

The hostess was really kind and nice, found us a great table. The atmosphere is warm, quiet and romantic. Our food took a long while to arrive but the food was well cooked and delicious, the chicken curry soup was awesome, the crab cake coating on the Maine crab cakes wass a bit different, the tomato tower was unique and the baked Polenta in the tomato tower was a bit dense, but overall good. The desserts again took quite a while to arrive at the table, we got the banana fosters and the flour less chocolate cake, both really good. They had a nice selectionof deserts. It was overall a good dinner experience..we had about 6 boxes to go and we weren't offered a bag, then I did find one in the hostess's podium and tried to help ourselves and then the hostess came to help us out. I would go back again.

Excellent Food, Friendly, Attentive Staff, Easy to make Reservations. Tables near the bar have a light over each table that is incredibly bright - flood-light type bulbs. Either reduce the wattage, or put on a dimmer. I liked the paintings and mirrors but there is, at least, an inch of dust on the ornate frames. Ladies bathroom could use an update. But the food was fresh, and delicious. We enjoyed our evening out.

We enjoyed two dinners at Paulines during the holiday season. The food is consistent. They offer fresh pop up rolls at no charge for those who show up hungry! The dinners are well prepared and the vegetables are always generous and fresh!
They do not nickel and dime their guests! ( you pay a fair price for a well prepared meal!). Excellent.

What a fantastic Easter brunch we had. The service was outstanding and the Maine lobster omelet and beef wellington were amazing. We also tried the Cucumber bloody Mary's and they were very good as well. Well worth the short drive out of Burlington.

It's been a while since I enjoyed dinner at Pauline"s. I left happy and full! Our waitress, Mitzie, was fantastic, attentive, friendly, personable. Will not wait as long to return! Food was delicious!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Plenty of parking. Reasonable prices. Atmosphere is relaxed. Decor is old school lovely wood. The walls have framed reproductions of impressionist painters.

I had the broiled seafood, Bloody Mary and vegan chocolate pudding. Everything was served in reasonable time, hot and tasted good.

Good place to go for dinner. 5 minute drive from Burlington.

Absolutely rock solid. I don’t know what I expected a French dinner cafe in Northern Vermont would be like but this is exactly it. Reminded me a lot of what in the Wisconsin North Woods they would call a “supper club,” but without the ever present Prime Rib. Yes, the food could have been prepared faster but the service was great and if you are complaining about the wait for your freshly made crab cakes please go back to the Applebee’s you normally frequent. Speaking of the crab cakes, cannot me missed!

Pauline’s had great reviews, but it was the photos of their cuisine that made us decide to check it out. We were NOT disappointed. The staff is super friendly and the service was great! The filet was one of the best I’ve ever had and the crab cakes and shrimp apps were A+. Pauline’s is a “hidden gem” as one of the employees stated and that is surly no lie.

Delicious food and outstanding service. Every dish was phenomenal. Very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Outstanding meal. We had chicken schnitzel, mushroom gnocchi, French onion soup. All were excellent. Courses took a long time - I suspect the kitchen was short-staffed.

I highly recommend coming here and trying this place as it is absolutely worth the price. We started with the escargot with a puff pastry topping and pesto butter. I suggest saving some of the free bread that comes out to dip in the remaining butter. The pork schnitzel was excellent and there was a lobster risotto on special this evening that was phenomenal. The specialty cocktails were excellent. For dessert I recommend the bananas foster! (pictured below). I don't think you can get that anywhere else in the Burlington area and it is worth the trip alone. Overall I think this is a place most people should try for a special occasion or night out as the food was amazing and the service top notch.

The bar dude is super friendly and on the point with orders. The food was delivered in great order and great flavor. Crabmelt is pretty magical. The atmosphere is great for dates or meetings.

Food was delicious. Escargot were not rubbery. Schnitzel had an incredible lemony butter sauce that went so well with smooth mashed potatoes. Their maple crème brûlée had a gorgeous, silky texture. The waiters were professional and competent, food was out hot and quickly, and worth the cost. The chef even came out and said hello. While it was the end of the night, staff were still friendly as they wrapped up service. The ambiance was lovely, dark, and romantic. I wish I lived closer to go again!

Excellent dinner. Had the goat cheese mushroom gnocchi and wanted to lick the plate. Annoyed that I didn't come here sooner.

Our waitress was clearly overwhelmed. Food even if it took a long time, was good though.

Our meal started with Chef David visiting our table. He told about the restaurant and the specials. We felt welcomed and really excited for what was to come. The first course was escargot, which was done to perfection. Next course was scallops with pasta, chantrelle mushrooms and a lemon butter white wine reduction sauce. Third course were slices of medium rare tenderloin on top of a lapkas resting on a bed of spinach accompanied by roasted peppers. Then came his famous beet and candied walnut salad followed by chocolate gnosh cake topped with sorbet. This meal was absolutely delicious and done to perfection. The staff was gracious and welcoming. Everyone was using their PPE so we felt safe as well.

Kyle(server) took very good care of us. He accommodated our diet requests and was very knowledgeable about the food and wine. The pear salad with the melted blue cheese was divine. It's a great restaurant wonderful staff. Easy parking.

Absolutely wonderful! Superb drinks, excellent menu, and great service! Everything tastes delicious and the vibe is perfect.
