Moe's Southwest Grill

Ordered takeout online; went to pick it up, store was clean, attendant was pleasant, what I ordered was what I got- overall good experience

I came in on 3/1/2024 at 8:05 pm. to eat dinner to Dine in. Now it was just me. The young kid that was working side the dining room closed at 8:30. I'm like, okay, and you're open till 9 pm. Even though the room was still open, I still had 25 minutes to eat if they closed the dining room at 8:30 pm .them my Burrito was not made right I had to keep telling him how to make it. What? I wanted on it.
Very unprofessional.

It's essentially Chipotle but better. There was only one worker behind the counter making the food, but by heavens she did a phenomenal job. Walked me through the process step by step, and never wavered in politeness and courtesy. I'd give the place a 10/10 for her customer service professionalism alone, but let's not forget about the food.

Everything was stacked; burrito and crunchwrap alike. All filled with everything you could want, and it was all delicious. Chips were free, including refills, and they had five different types of salsa. I tried them all and enjoyed each in It's own way. Some we're pretty hot, but nothing too bad (unfortunately)

All in all I spent around $13 on my meal and tipped $10 in the jar.
I will be going back, that's for sure.

This is one of the cleaner fresher Moe’s we’ve been to. Staff was really nice. Our Moe’s closed so we stopped when looking for somewhere to eat when passing through the area. Food seemed fresh, not like it had been sitting for length of time.

1st time visit , got a spiced grilled chicken burrito, you get to pick and choose what goes on it and how much , because they make it right infront you. You get a pile of chips and with 6 kinds of free salsa , hot,med,or mild you can't go wrong. I was stuffed and on my way in just15 minutes. The spiced rice and Moe's sauce ..OMFG it was the best burrito I ever ate and I'm 59!! I've thrown alot of food down this neck ,and it's gonna be seeing alot more of Moe's...just sayin!!!

I ordered the pork nachos on their app. For special instructions I asked for 'toppings packaged separately ' because I hate soggy nachos. My order was correct. It was ready when I expected it to be. Can I tell you, they individually packaged every different topping in separate containers? That was above and beyond. I expected, given my limited space for special 'instructions' to get it all mixed in one dish and chips on the side. That would have been fine. This just showed me the team was attentive to details. The team was focused and busy, but they still chatted me up while I got my stuff. Great team, great food, and I felt like I got extra special care with my order.

This was my first time eating at Moe's. I was VERY impressed. The man at the drive through window was really helpful and nice. The food was awesome. I would say it's way better than Chipotle. You get way more and can customize a lot. The portion sizes were huge! I got the Stacker and the queso in it was great. We will definitely be back.

Chicken burrito and chips with queso always hit the spot. Love the salsa bar and the rewards I get with their app. Two visits and already have $10 in rewards!

This Moe’s is extremely clean and has great customer service! They greet you as soon as you walk through the door, and they even have free chips and salsa! What more could you ask for? You will definitely leave with a full and happy belly! Highly recommend coming here!!

I gave Moe’s another shot for my birthday meal and they REALLY improved pretty much across the board! Portions were higher, wait times were nonexistent, and the quality of the food is about on par or better than Chipotle’s! I will definitely be back!

It's been a long time since I've eaten at a Moe's and it was the same way I remember it. I had a burrito with some chips & guac. My daughter had tacos and liked them. Everything was good and the staff was friendly, I'll definitely be back.

I have been to this location 3 times now and I am always impressed with the food and service. It has been fast and delicious each time and I love the queso and the salsa bar. Also, if you haven't, get the Stack! You won't be disappointed.

Very friendly atmosphere. The food was tasty and filling. Loved the fact that you could have as many of their chips and at least 6 different salsa, jalapeno tomitillo was my favorite. Will be back.

We had a great experience! Moe’s use to be at this location, and I was so sad when it left. It was a friends first time going and he loved it (me too)! The options there are amazing and everything was clean. Highly recommend!

As always, this Moe's location is on point. The chicken quesadilla is outstanding. Who doesn't love free chips and salsa with your meal?

Had the best bowl at Moe's today....thanks to the staff for layering on the good stuff.....well worth the trip and money....plus it was Moe's Monday so a free drink with the meal.

Love the great food, many choices, and unique drinks. Staff is always kind, courteous and helpful if you have any questions! Will be repeat customers.

Excellent food and service. Doesn't charge for guac. Wish they had one closer to me instead of Ch**ot*e which is near to inedible.
