Ashley Store

Over the top customer service! I went in with an urgent need for new accent chairs for The Harbor's grand Reopening.
They gave me space to shop, but when I needed help, Kelsey Donaldson went above the call of duty to help me carry chairs through the store to assemble my own sitting area. I'm one of those people who just needs to "see it". She helped me do just that! I bought 4 and they look perfect!

The store, beautiful. The environment, well curated. The cleanliness, top notch. Kelsey introduced and welcomed us professionally and in a non invasive manner (worked very well for us). Aaron, the manager, was just as professional and possessed great knowledge and advised us very well. Lastly, Candace had us taken care of very quickly and we were on our way in no time. Very happy with the crew here.

I bought a dining room table from Taylor. I LOVED the table and it fit perfectly in my home. Taylor was also so wonderful ! She was patient while I walked around the store trying to decide on what I wanted. Excellent customer service and will definitely be back when I need something else !

Aurelia made my patio shopping so easy! I visited once but did not find anything I loved in my price range. She knew what I was looking for and let me knew when this set was available off of the floor! Got a great deal and picked up the same day. She even helped us load our new couch into our truck! Forgot to move the cushions inside during a storm and found they were weatherproof as promised. I would definitely recommend asking for her assistance at Ashley

Shopping for furniture is usually very stressful but not with the wonderful ladies at Ashley Furniture in Chambersburg PA. We had Jesica as our sales associate. She took her time with us to make sure we had all the information we needed before we made a decision. I would ask for her again.
Rynea also helped us when we were trying to figure out which mattresses to purchase. So many to choose from. She had a wealth of knowledge to share.
And thanks to Melody also who did the paperwork. She wanted to make sure we understood everything before we signed.
All 3 ladies made us feel relaxed and they were so easy and enjoyable to talk to. We made fast friends.
I'd send others into Ashley and these ladies in the future.

Excellent!!! My first shopping experience as Ashley Homestore Chambersburg was the best shopping experience I have ever had at any furniture store. Aaron the Sales Associate was incredible - he took the time (without being pushy) to get to know me, the customer, what I was looking for. I told him what I could afford each month on my limited income (social security and a part time job) and what I could put down and he worked magic. My son was with me and we briefly let the store to get lunch and discuss - we never did get lunch - just went arund the block - as I was so drawn to the furniture pieces Aaron suggested and his kindness, professsionalism and great price was like a magnet drawing me back to the sofa and loveseat I had always dreamed about. He made it work for me. He absolutely did everything right!!
After making the decision to purchase, Aaron introduced the rest of the team that would further make this a perfect day for me. These ladies followed up with everything perfectly - the contract, customer service and were there to answer my every question and made me feel special. A special thanks to Melody, Taylor and Candice. They and any staff I may have missed truly deseerve accolades for putting the customer first. They are amazing!!!
An added note - your delivery team was also amazing, kind and super efficient.
And - I ABSOLUTELY MY FURNITURE!!!

I purchased a lovely sofa bed in June - sorry it has taken so long to leave a review! Tiara was our Sales Associate and she was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. Aurelia was our Customer Service Rep and she was great too. We are really enjoying the couch!

My husband and I bought a couch here and it was a great experience. We were greeted by Tiara after we walked in and she let us look around but would check in on us. It was so nice to have someone there for help. Then once we decided Tiara and Candice made the buying process a breeze.

Just bought a new sectional sofa, and the customer service could not have been nicer. Met with Janet 2 days ago, and Kelsey and Melody helped us today. They were very friendly and were not pushy at all, giving us space to shop without feeling like they were breathing down our necks.

I always find the perfect piece of furniture at Ashley! Many thanks to Rini and the team at the Chambersburg store for helping me to find this gem. Stylish, comfortable, fairly priced, and suits my living room perfectly!

Janet was our sales associate, she’s new and we had the pleasure of her first sale! She is so sweet and did great! Melody was our customer service rep, she was so helpful and very sweet as well! So appreciative for their help!

I just purchased a chaise lounge/sofa with an ottoman at Ashley's in Chambersburg today. Tiara was my sales associate. She was very pleasant & knowledgeable while left us look around until we were ready for help which I appreciated Melody was my customer service rep & she was very helpful with getting me the best price available . I would definitely go to this store if I needed more furniture.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Taylor who was very helpful and friendly. She helped me with my selection of furniture. Then directed me to Megan who handled the paper work was excellent. I was very satisfied Thanks alot Ladies!!!!!

Went to the store to get a couple of standard chairs and could not have had a better experience. Jimmie took great care of us. He was enthusiastic, showing us multiple alternatives and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When ready to check out, Melody was super efficient and quickly got us on our way. We would definitely go back if we had additional needs for furniture.

My spouse and I were in the market for some new recliners. We were assisted by Tiara, a sales associate and by Melody, a customer service rep. Tiara was so welcoming. She listened to our needs and took our aesthetic wants into consideration as well.

She showed us everything that fit our vision. She gave us details about everything and answered all our questions. She was friendly and very considerate. She never tried a hard sell on us, which is a huge turn-off when I'm going to make a big(ish) purchase.

We then went over to Melody, who helped us finance our purchase. She was warm and friendly too. She was knowledgeable and competent. She also has a sharp wit and was quite fun to chat with.

This was a great visit! I'm usually quite nervous when making larger purchases, and Tiara and Melody made the entire experience enjoyable.

This is store 78, in Chambersburg, PA. If any Ashley bigwigs are reading this, these ladies deserve a raise!

Taylor, Janet and Megan were very helpful in purchasing our end tables and lamps. We will want them to help us in the future for more purchases.

Been looking for new furniture for my movie / family room. Stopped by to check out Ashley's selection. Huge selection and different sizes and options. Other stores seemed to have the same sizes that wouldn't accommodate my room. While at the store Kelsey was very welcoming and helpful, I told her I was just looking and she said that was fine and if I needed something to ask. I asked for a measuring tape and I found something that would be perfect. We talked about price and after I realized the prices were fair I started looking for furniture for the upstairs living room. Needless to say I bought 2 sets of furniture. The manager was very helpful also and Megan was very nice and friendly. I would recommend Ashley and would work with Kelsey and Megan in the future.

Had a great experience from start to finish with buying our furniture. We were met by Aurelia, who was very attentive, and not pushy. She helped us get the furniture we wanted. Aurelia handed us off to Melissa our customer service rep, who help work a deal so that we will get our furniture Saturday! The folks at Ashley Furniture on Gateway ave in Chambersburg were fantastic. I will definitely be buying from them in the future.

This past week I went in to the Ashley store and we were meant with the most amazing service. KELSEY HELPED FIND US THE SIZE BED WE WANTED THAT FIT THE BUDGET I NEEDED.
