Front desk staff is absolutely disgustingly rude. Anytime you call for an appointment you get attitude or you’re met with “I’ll send a message to the provider” and they never get back to you. So unpleasant and scheduling anything is nearly impossible. If you sincerely don’t like what you do- maybe consider a new career choice. Your tone of voice is everything and being nasty or giving attitude on the phone is a representation of how you’re going to be met from the beginning of your visit. Do better

Doctor does not complete forms. They are completed within 2-3 weeks after initial visits requesting form completion by the CNA (on multiple occasions). Doctors do not write scripts for multiple MRI's even if a patient asks for multiple scripts pertaining to strained and injured muscle tissue for different segments of the body. Doctor will not discuss anything that his PA did not mention in office notes. Rediculous!
