Chambersburg Heritage Center & Gift Shop

What a great little stop for history and friendly service. They even had costumes you could dress up in. And they weren't just for kids. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for something to do.

Very nice set up. Lots of history. Nice lay out of displays. Like the driving tour maps. Will be taking these driving tours in the Spring.

Great for genealogy information of your ancestors from PA

The Chambersburg Heritage Center offers a couple of videos and a series of walk through written history displays telling the Chambersburg story. Very little is actual artificats. Allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes. It is located in the downtown of Chambersburg, at the circle. On street metered parking is available.

Met with attorneys re home improvements on Friday July 24.
