Big Lots

Lori in the furniture department went above and beyond to find us a sofa that was in stock at another store! She really exemplified the customer service experience! We would recommend buying furniture from Big Lots to anyone!

Omg this is a heavenly place. Spotlessly clean and super organized. The best thing is it is located in a safe part of town unlike the Chambersburg one. A little bit of a wait at checkout but nothing outrageous.

Visited Big Lots to use my Birthday 15% off coupon..in addition I had a 20% off coupon which I also use...got some great bargains! The store has an awesome Christmas selection right now.

Wish it had more items in the store .. but clean , reasonably priced , nice staff , loved the christmas items

Found curtains I was looking for , got a couple of shirts and found some neat school supplies to help get my family tree better organized, and the employees are very helpful and pleasant to talk with.

One of my favorite stores. They have nice things and good selection. The employees are always great. Helpful and very curteous, which you don't find much anymore.

We went to every department store in the area. Needless to say, I leave no stone unturned. With that being said, I even am particularly picky with the customer sales representative that would deal with us. I even narrow it down to the person that is how much time and consideration I take into account before making a purchase. Barbara and Johnny are by far the absolute best customer sales representatives in this entire area as I have personally taken the time to meet each and everyone of them. From start to finish, I was 100% satisfied with 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. I refuse to work with or deal with anyone else. Barbara and Johnny are by far the best customer sales professionals in the business. To me, investing time is worth it into making every purchase in life. Barbara and Johnny were easy going, friendly, accepting, and welcoming. The model of how every customer service professional should be. Without question, Barbara and Johnny went above and beyond expectations and answered every single question, comment, and concern that I had about my purchase. Barbara and Johnny had more patience with me than any other sales professional I have ever dealt with or worked with. Thank you Barbara and Johnny for a flawless sales transaction from start to finish. Patience is a virtue. And, you have more patience than anyone I have ever dealt with. big Big Lots is one of the cool stores to shop in they have anything from A to Z if Walmart doesn't have it you can count on Big Lots having it. I'd rather shop there than at Walmart.
