Macy’s at Dickson city Viewmont Mall is a best place for shopping lovers. They have pretty nice collection of clothing and accessories. Sometimes you will get excellent items in backstage as well. Offers wide selection of garments. Overall a very nice store for shopping

My husband went to Macys to buy some suits. He was quite pleased with the selections and prices. The cashier was very helpful and showed him how to get an even lower price with getting a credit card.

They have Jean's for only 20$, calvin Klein formal slim pants for 30$ and mostly everything in the store is around 30-40% I probably did about half a years worth of shopping just today worth it.

I went into the mall to find a long white dress for an event I was having and I walked to a counter where I was greeted by an associate named Lana. I asked her for assistance and she immediately sprung into action showing me all the dresses in the color and style I was looking for. Not only did Lana's customer service stop there, once we could not find anything in her area, she went on to suggest other places I could find what I was looking for. I found what I was looking for and more. Lana thank you so much for helping me. People do not realize that a little goes a long way especially since I was pressed for time, something as simple as providing great customer service is truly appreciated. You were amazing keep up the great work.

Fran at the Mac cosmetics stand was the best. I have the hardest skin to match and she even suggested a new product I should try. Best customer service ever!

Go to the clinique counter, great sale. Then stop at the perfume and get yourself a small bottle of the new Marc Jacobs Daisy, so good! Excellent customer service for both counters.

Found a dress here for an upcoming wedding. Dress was 89.00 . I hated spending that much on a dress I was only going to wear once. Got to the register and it rang up 9.89. The lady said it was due to Pet Day Sale. Which I have no idea what that even meant but I was happy to find a dress for under ten dollars. Which never happens. So for that reason I give 5 stars.

This store is so great! Great bargains and what a selection of clothes! Staff here was also very helpful and nice. The dressing rooms were super clean. Same with bathrooms. Store itself was super clean and nice.
