01/25/2024 I went there for a Large Mocha Hot Coffee with two Extra Espresso Shots which was made by her to perfection! The young lady who took my order was absolutely amazing, friendly, courteous and on-point! In short, she "Wowed" everyone that she interacted with... Even the evil people who are "Mad at the World!" Unfortunately, I was in somewhat of a rush and I did not obtain her name but the following is the information on the Transaction Receipt KS#2, 01/25/2024 09:37 AM Order 47. Kudos to this beautiful young lady.

Fastest McDonald’s I’ve been too with 4+ people. We barely had time to start talking in booth and our food showed up. Everything was correct and hot.

This is a great McDonald's to get food from. The people are friendly, they listen to your preferences and they are quick too. Their establishment is quite clean for the amount of traffic it sees as well. This is a definite favorite of the McDonald's I visit.

Clarks Summit Festival of Ice was amazing!

We actually pulled in here to escape the flood on Northern Blvd / State Street. The manager was very nice, she let my daughter and wife use the bathroom, told us we could seek shelter from the storm and even gave out waters to people who were afraid and trying to escape one of the worst storms in history of the area. She was caring and helpful and it should be noted that on the night of Saturday Sept 9th, 2023, she was a hero for offering to help people.

Still one of the best breakfast sandwich places around. Reliably good breakfast and decent coffee for fast food/ drive thru.

Always gets my order correct, but the ice cream machine seems to Always be broken.

this is a really good mcdonald's! bathrooms were obviously cleaned recently, and the rest of the place as well. food was good. ice cream cones were TALL. and the employees were very friendly (she complimented my necklace ☺)!

Had a QP made incorrectly a few days ago. I called and spoke with Mika. Great service! She was prompt and professional. She offered a new QP next time. When I came inside a few days later the staff was super friendly and I even heard Mika verify my burger wasade correctly! Thanks for the awesome service!

Great service at a wee-hour time, about 1 am. Friendly staff greeted us with a smile and a spot-on correct order.

Food is always fresh and awesome duh

Easy to order and fast service. Food warm and perfectly toasted. Ate in the car and was so impressed by the quality that we went back in for a 2nd round. Perfect place to get something quick to satisfy the cravings.

Blowout as usual, besides the 1 time I ordered 4 mcdoubles and they only put 1 patty.

Fastest Drive through in Clark's Summit, typically in less than five minutes even when busy and a quick hop back onto the highway in either direction. Always a Cheerful and Helpful experience, Never a hiccup over dozens of visits. Great coffee, food always hot/ fresh/ just right. Head and shoulders above the competition.

Incredible customer service. My daughter has wanted a specific happy meal toy more than once when we were at this McDonald's. The staff went through boxes of toys to find the one she wanted. They really go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Nothing but good things to say about this location.

This location is always extremely fast and fresh. I never have to double check expiration dates on happy meal apple slices or milk here unlike other McDonald's. Thumbs up!

Food is fresh and probs the best McDonald's I've had in a long time. Their bread is puffy and fresh. Their fish filet is really good. I hate other McDonald's in NYC. But this one here is Poughkeepsie is tops.

Great staff friendly clean environment food is served hot and ready to order great daily deals if you use the McDonald's app buy one item get a free item good family friendly place to come and eat peaceful atmosphere highly recommend going here to eat.
