A very nice, very cheap breakfast. It was like an old time diner in a strip mall. The pancakes were great, very homemade tasting. The only thing I would really thought a place like this would have is real syrup, not just packets of syrup. Service was great and the place was packed!

Always a pleasure to eat here. Great food, service, family atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Wonderful menu of home cooking.
Prices are very reasonable and worth what you receive. This is a community restaurant, everyone knows each other and are all friends. This is a place where folks can stay connected and get local news from one another. Very friendly staff from greeters to server's!
A very warm and friendly place to enjoy great home cooked food. From breakfast, lunch and supper can't be beat. Would highly recommend it!

We hadn't stopped here in awhile and forgot how good the food was, and at reasonable prices too. The vegetable soup was like my Mom would make... yummmm.
Succotash is rarely on any menu, and it too was just like Mom's... simple and tasty.
My loved one had a small chef salad that was definitely a full meal at lunchtime.

Great place to go if you're looking for a diner. Stopped in for a late lunch, food was excellent atmosphere was good. It was before dinner time, when dinner time rolled around the place filled up like you would not believe. Must be a local favorite it's an awesome place to eat supper. Great family environment and the prices were great. Thank you very much!

I think it's a very nice place to eat. The waitresses are very nice people. The service is great. They make you feel at home

Was blessed to be given a lunch menu a bit earlier than the lunch service and had oak barrel steak with steamed shrimp! Absolutely fantastic service, and steak was done perfectly medium, which was a surprise to me honestly. I've worked in the food industry and still there aren't many who know their temps... Highly recommend this place for lunch or a dinner service and I'll be trying some breakfast one day soon!

Good food, priced right, great service. Parlor house is over an hour drive for me ,but I take family 4 or 5 times a year. Worth the ride.

We ate here a couple of times during our visit and the breakfast was delicious, service was good and you can't beat the price!

This place is phenomenal. My grandparents and my dad used to take me here all the time when I was a little boy, and now that I live over 500 miles away in Myrtle Beach, SC, I miss it dearly!! I strongly recommend the Black Diamond Steak (if they still have it after all these years) it is SO good and juicy, and cooked to perfection every time! Not to mention the a++ grade fried chicken they have here! Everybody please come out and support these people, this is a great restaurant business!!

My sister and I went and had a great lunch. Everything was delicious and hot.

Very delicious home cooked meals, great service. I got a turkey sub and it was real turkey, not sliced up lunch meat and was huge!! Prices are very good as well. Be prepared to wait if you come at dinner time, especially if it's a Friday night or weekend, but it's worth the wait.

Food is amazing and staff us great. However this restaurant is very busy, so people should leave once they are done with their meal when there is a line of people waiting for a table. They provide a place to go sit and socialize after you leave. Have respect and consideration for others please. I have been waiting In a long line for a seat while people are just sitting and talking. No complaints at all with the employees or the food.
