What a good night's sleep!
From check in to check out - I wouldn't change a single thing. Chuck, at the front desk, is a complete GEM.
We are relocating with 2 adult kids and 2 cats. Chuck was super helpful -I think he could tell we were a bit road weary.
The breakfast was plentiful and had healthy options!! We didn't use the pool - but it was good to know it was there. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable- the boys said their room was also clean and comfortable.
We heard a rumor that there is going to be a massive renovation of the property - which is always a good thing! For the price, including the per/pet fee - this place is a solid, budget friendly stay.
And Chuck is just fantastic!

Room wasn't clean at time of check in however as soon as personal was told someone was send right away to clean it. Staff very friendly, room was comfortable n snack machines available. Walkable places to eat.

I stayed here on my way to Mass for work a few years ago the hotel was the best deal on my trip to mass and this hotel is a strange layout, but is a nice place to stay the night on a trip. not sure I would want to stay there for weeks on end, but maybe.

I guess everyone gets a different experience in life and places. For me this was it: Front desk employee seems he enjoys working here, great customer service [checked in on 11-10-21 @1730] my first impression was delightful. Came to my room [116] and it was(and looked) excellent, more than I expected. If given the opportunity to come here again, I'll be excited to do so. Everything looked outstanding for sure. :)

This hotel was comfortable, quiet, lots of space in the room and parking lot. Everyone there makes you feel like family and super important! Thank you for showing me more kindness during my stay than I get in my own life. They say everything happens for a reason and the people in your life have a purpose. I’d definitely seen that while staying here! It was clean and accommodating, and guess what!! THERE ARE NO BUGS!!

The owner is super friendly and delivers excellent customer service. I was stuck in a nightmare hotel and he gave me a room with no notice on a busy weekend. The hotel isn't the newest or fanciest, but it's clean and I will always stay here due to the way I was treated!! Everyone at the desk was always nice!

Great inexpensive place to stay for the Carlisle Ford Nationals. Very friendly service by Chuck behind the counter. This was the fourth time I've stayed here for the event. Never have any problems.

Upon arrival there was an issue with my booking. I booked the through Expedia, for some reason it wasn’t showing on the computer. After waiting I decided just to book another room and cancel the first booking. Right after booking the second time the first one came through and Expedia was not going to allow a refund. The manager (Chuck) at the front desk handed the situation like he was John Dutton and this hotel was his ranch. He calmly but firmly told them exactly what they were doing to do, letting them know that’s not how you treat people and they listened. It was one of the coolest situations Ive ever witnessed.

Got check in and the first room I was given was not even clean. I was given another room immediately and it was clean and comfortable. If you are looking for just a rest for the night give this hotel a try.

Needed a relatively cheap place for 5 people and they set us up in a decent sized room with a king and 2 doubles. Room was very clean, as was the bathroom. Chuck at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was relaxing and stress free. A nice 15 minute drive to Gettysburg and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The pool was nice and kept clean. If I were staying in the area again I would stay there again!

Stopped for a night along our ride home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first room (pet friendly) did not meet our expectations and they immediately gave us a new room with no issues. We did not attend breakfast so I can't say anything about that but if we were passing through and needed a rest I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was exactly what I thought we were getting. Rooms were clean, breakfast was perfect, and they have an outside pool. The nighttime guy was super nice, too! We were in and out and would be back again for an overnight stay.

Whenever I'm in the area this is the only place to stay. Chuck is my favorite, whenever I show up I feel at home here. Rooms are nice and clean, flat screen tv with good selection of channels. Has easy access in and out for semi truck&trailer to the interstate. Also has a great home cook restaurant in the same parking lot and 6 spots for truck and trailer, washer&dryer. Vending machines are at a fair price if not cheaper then other retail locations. I'm a very picky person when it comes to things and hands down they have never let me down in the 10yrs I've come here.

Lucky to find a room well after midnight. Super nice front desk, good size room with 2 doubles, micro, fridge, iron and board, good A/C, plenty of pillows, and a comfortable bed. And reasonably priced! Would definitely return!

My son and I stayed 4 nights and we were impressed with the cleanliness of our room. The hotel staff was very friendly and our overall experience was great.

Giant room and bed. Amazing front desk service from BillyBob. Has laundry for a reasonable price. Nicely situated bathroom. Standard fare breakfast was included, well stocked, and delicious.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good. Pool is small, but very clean. Outside pool. Stay here every summer

My room was really nice, had comfortable beds, nice table and chairs, beautiful room. They have a great continental breakfast

Very nice and clean and the GM was very nice man. He gave us a tip every state you enter stop at the welcome center and get a coupon book. Lot of the time coupon and going to be a better deal than website.

Will stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They have smoking and non smoking rooms. Pet friendly.
