I have been going to this store since it opened in the location near Sally’s beauty supplies. Heidi is hands down the best associate. She will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable and welcome at their store. All other employees I have met there are also very welcoming and helpful. I love this particular store and will always shop there. The store is always well stocked, neatly organized, and clean. The employees are always working hard and very friendly. I hope Heidi knows how much I appreciate her!

I returned a shirt that I purchased online. It was an XS, but it looked like a dress! I did not have the correct receipt, but they found it on my purchase history, and it was not an issue to exchange!

This store has the absolute best customer service! Heidi will do anything to make her customers happy. August is when I had first met her. I went in to buy some new jeggings, and she was so helpful helping me to find the right size. Just recently I needed a store order picked up. I called and explained to her that I lived an hour away, but happened to be in the area due to having a sick child. I didn’t want to take my sick child into the store, so I asked her if she could deliver my item curbside, and she did just that! Lastly, she goes out of her way to make conversation with you and ALWAYS had a smile on her face.

They are very polite at this location. Also very willing to help. I will definitely drive the hour to go to this Maurice’s from now on!
