Sprint Store

My initial transaction began with Brittany who was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful: epitome of great customer service. She wasn't there when I returned to pick up the phone but Kyle (I think that's his name) was just as good. I would definitely come back for our next upgrade so and please see them if you're ready for a new device. Thanks for a great experience!

I met with Korey today for new accessories for my IPhone. I went in needing 3 things. He started asking me questions regarding my phone. I ended up with 5 items. His knowledge and customer service was Superb! I like Sprint but have never been giving so much knowledge and help. I live in York and work in Chambersburg. I will go back to see Korey up here. He also told me that the liquid glass is so much better than the shattered glass screen to purchase which I purchased. I am going back tomorrow when he is in because he told me he would put in my phone for me! You have an EXCEPTIONAL employee that not only knows his products but his knowledge and not a pushy salesperson. Thank you Korey!

The young lady, Shayla @ 1320 Lincoln Way East, Chambersburg Pa, who assisted me today... was BEYOND INCREDIBLE... so very knowledgeable and a great help for her coworker who is fairly new!! I watched in amazement as Ms. Shayla helped train, assist with a payment and while on hold to set up my phone...chat with me, discuss credit issues with another customer and start a set up *on 4 phones* for another employee on their way in!!! .... ALL WHILE NEVER MISSING A STEP OR MAKING ANY OF US FEEL LESS THAN!! She is truly customer service at it's finest!! Great attitude and wonderful personality! My Sprint issues and shopping will from now on be with the team at 1320 Lincoln Way East! 😁

Korey did an amazing job with multiple complex issues regarding a broken phone and a transfer of lines from one account to another. He managed to wind his way through to accomplish all that we’d asked for and saved us money in the end. He was highly personable and had a great sense of humor. I won’t go to any other store!

I came in the store less than an hour before they closed and I was still able to upgrade my phone. Rasheid was very helpful with finding me a phone that fit my price range and he also provided me with information about ways to save on my phone bill. Shay also helped with finding me a good case and screen protector to keep my new phone from cracking! I had a great experience at this store and the service was better than previous Sprint stores I have visited.

So I have to say. Going into a sprint store normally really drives me insane because I have been to the Shippensburg store and to the other one in Chambersburg and it just seems like none of the employees know what they are talking about and they always try to sell you stuff in your plan that you never ask for. I went to this store and ( had low expectations because of all of my experiences at sprint stores) talked to Brittany and told her exactly what I wanted on my plan and she understood me perfectly and clearly and had everything I asked her for done within 20 minutes between fixing my plan and adding someone onto it. She knew what she was doing and flew through the whole process with her. I will only go to this sprint store and I prefer to deal with her. She is very good at her job and left a good impression which makes me comfortable staying with sprint . She is a 5/5 employee.

Josh was amazing! Patient, kind, and knowledgeable. We had a bunch of questions and he was very understanding and gave us a lot of information to make wise decisions. His knowledge of Apple products was very beneficial for us. His co-workers, Lauren and Abe helped us as well as we made the switch from Samsung to Apple. They all made us feel valued and comfortable. These kind individuals made our experince pleasant and we will continue to bring our business to them.

Shea was amazing! I had previously went to another local Sprint store and they told me I would need at least $600 to switch to unlimited plan because I "had to add a line" to do so.... they were so so wrong!!! Shea hooked me up with the unlimited plan and 4 new phones!!!! My bill is around the same as I was paying for a GB plan and only 2 phones!!! And I paid less then $250! She saved me money and I got more then the other Sprint store had to offer. BTW I went into the store prior to this one that same day and there was 1 guy working. He didnt even greet me when I walked in... Shea and Shayla knocked it out of the park. I will be dealing with them from now on!

We received excellent service from Josh. He answered all of our questions (we had several) and was helpful in getting a phone replaced with a new one. We felt valued as customers for the first time ever. We were encouraged to stop in anytime we have questions. He was knowledgable about the products and and the services available. We wil certainly be going back.

Josh and the Korey at Frankin Center are great and very knowledgeable and personable! I arrived at 8 pm on a saturday night after being unable to access internet on my phone for 2 days. Josh troubleshot the phone and did an update that took almost an hour! He also freed up my memory by moving my photos to the Google Photo app and my phone is now working great!!! Thank you!!!

Buying a new phone and all that goes with it has never been so easy. Korey and the other lady ( I didn’t get her name 😕) working last night were knowledgeable and friendly and were great to work with. 😊 I’ll def be back and recommend this location to others. Love my new phone! 💕thank you.

I went into sprint with a problem another store gave me, Korey immediately stopped what he was doing and helped me resolve the issue, and helped with with a great deal with my new iPhone. Highly recommend this location if your having issues and need help. Ask for Korey if available! Thank you alot.

I had an exceptional experience with the Sprint on Gateway Ave. Cierra and Jeff were not only extremely helpful, but also very friendly and cordial when I came into the store to recieve help with my phone. To make a very long story short, I upgraded my phone and was experiencing a lot of technical problems with my old carrier so I decided to switch to Sprint. Switching over was an overall seamless process, however, my number did not end up being compatible with Sprint. I realized after I got my service switched to sprint that I could not receive calls on my number, but I could make them. I came into the store about 30 minutes before they closed to see if someone would be able to sort out the problem (Due to leaving for vacation the next day). Jeff and Cierra did everything that they possibly could to see if I would be able to keep my number. Although I wasn't able to, I think my case was an exception because of the technical difficulties I was having with my previous carrier. Jeff and Cierra stayed past closing to ensure I left with a working device and ensure I wasn't going to have any issues while I was away. They never made me feel like a bother and they took time to make sure my phone was fully functional before I left. I would not hesitate to go in again if I had an issue. I just wanted to say a HUGE Thank You to Cierra and Jeff for being such a big help and giving me an outstanding customer service experience!!! The Sprint team in Chambersburg is awesome and I will gladly refer others!

Rasheid, Shayla, and Shea were a great help to me. I came in the store and they all went over my problems with me and fixed them all. They are a necessity to the company. Outstanding job, I will only come back to this Sprint store for all of my phone needs.

Kirsten was very helpful, patient and professional. Was able to help me with all I needed in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend stopping by Sprint Franklin Center in Lincoln way. Best customer service out of all their branches in the area.

Korey was amazing!! Everyone at the store provided excellent customer service. They were all very knowledgeable about all my issues and were beyond courteous and professional. I'll never go to another Sprint store for anything.

Always super helpful. Corey and Josh got me a sprint drive for $10 per month so I would have AAA roadside assistance and a Hotspot for my kid to use her tablet. Thanks guys. Highly recommend

Brittany was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! Usually go to Hagerstown for upgrades, not anymore! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Service was fast and she went above and beyond to make things right! Great experience and will definitely come to Chambersburg for all phone services!!

This place was great!!..I had previously went to the store on gateway ave to get my 11 yr old daughters phone unlocked because she locked herself out of her phone and the store on gateway previously unlocked this phone and 2 days prior tried but I didnt have enough time to wait but that day Mr Chase Zeigler turned me away telling me I had to go to an apple store so I went to this store on Lincoln way west sprint store where a worker named Shea helped us immediately she was great we werent even there 30 mins she had my babies phone unlocked. So that's why I give this store a 5 star review Shea did a great job and helped me with something I knew could be done at a sprint store because the gateway store has done it before where as everyone at the gateway sprint store just on this day turned me away. So thank u so much Shea😊

This sprint store has a new Manager and her name I think is Brittany. She is amazing and is trying to turn this store around. She’s making it a lot better than that old manager did. I’ll be coming here from now on thanks to you Brittany!
