I only managed to get a picture of the my pie. LoL I’ll add more next time we go. Food was excellent, I had the seafood platter and my wife had the hot Turkey with gravy and mashed potatoes. Hers was excellent as was mine. They have the best coleslaw of anyone. It’s ground and very creamy. So if you like this style you’ll love theirs. The pie is homemade and you can taste the difference. My wife had apple and it was absolutely delicious as was my berry. Finally found a home cooking family restaurant. Locally owned and operated. Met the owner who was the chef. We will be back over and over.

It's always been good food and service. They catered to my wedding and did a great job. The owner is an awesome person and will come out and talk to customers in person. I like the specials.

Brian was wonderful to work with when we were planning a lunch for family and friends after my mom's funeral. Very accommodating. And a genius with fried chicken.

I have been going there since I was in high school never had a bad experience there and love the home made pies

Very nice old-time restaurant. Great food can't say enough. You just need to try it.. Also took home a coconut cream pie, absolutely the best pie I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a relaxing lunch and enjoy the small town hospitality..

The food is delicious and the family atmosphere was awesome! The peanut butter cheesecake was the best I’ve ever had !!! The omelets are delicious! Service was top tier thank you Liza 😁! We’ll definitely be stopping back by next time we’re in town ! Thank you 😊

The food is heavenly, just the way mom and grandma made it when you were a kid. The staff is so friendly and kind. Can't wait to eat there again.

It is so hard to find a good breakfast place but my search is over! This is the place. I love my eggs, potatoes and sausage 🤤 and they did it perfect.

I saw reviews go both ways on this place, so I tried for myself. I'm glad I did. The food was fresh, good and the portion sizes were just fine ( and I'm a big eater!) The menu was pretty large, over 4 pages, with many choices of dinners and sandwiches. The starters were diet cheap, like $2.99 for breaded cauliflower, $6.99 for a sampler of like 4-5 different things! The service was quick, the waitress very friendly and she came back multiple times to refill/check on us. No complaints here whatsoever, I'll be back for sure with the whole fam!

Addition 3 yrs after first one above: Still love this place, had breakfast this morning and the oatmeal and country fried steak made my day. Destiny served us, never missed a beat and super friendly to BS to!

The chicken cordon blue is definitely my favorite, they also had our food out to us within 10-15 which was super fast. They always have the best baked goods too

They have great food. The portions are great for the price. Desert is a must! The people are very nice and friendly. I have known some of them from working other places and know they will take care of you like family. If you haven't been here it's definitely a place to check out.

Great food and service when I've been. Love the open faced sandwiches and hoagies. Dinner plates are better for bigger meals but never once had anything bad from there. Love all the bakery goods on display when you go in too. The peanut butter pie is to die for. 10/10 reccomend

I cant believe I've never been here before until this week being that I live so close. This place is a hidden gem and should be advertised more. My son is usually the toughest critic and he cleaned his plate and ordered dessert. The eggs Benedict were terrific but hollandaise sauce was a little sub par. We were so impressed with this places over all quality that I forgot all about the sauce. The creme brulee was rich and creamy. The staff were very polite and helpful as well. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Oh my god their sausage gravy and biscuits are to die for. I complimented the chef and he told me they make their gravy from scratch. So amazing. Real good homestyle, better than mom made food.

If you like home cooked style food, this is the place to go. Its located conveniently right in Downtown Carmichaels on the square, and is an establishment that is packed full of history. I highly recommend this place. And the prices are extremely reasonable.

Small town business at it's finest. Alfredo is especially delicious and the omelettes are as good as it gets. Everything on the menu is great and the service is phenomenal. Can't beat it
