Solomon’s was an all around a great and helpful dealership in assisting me with closing a deal. My sales rep Trish went above and beyond to help me close a deal on my Jeep and even after closing hours. They have remained in contact helping answer any questions or problems I’ve faced, and I will certainly recommend this company to all friends and family in the future.

I drove over 5 hours to get the exact vehicle I wanted at the price point I wanted. Mike and Jason were extremely easy to work with on getting a deal done on a 2024 Grand Cherokee 4xe. It's getting harder and harder to find honest dealers like Solomon; I will definitely recommend them to friends/families and will shop them the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle.

This will be my second vehicle being purchased from Solomon. This had to be one of the most pleasurable buying experiences I have had with a car dealer! Let me start by saying that I was between 5 dealerships (including Solomon's) on this deal. I met Alex Becka and began going over what I was looking to do. Alex took time to understand my needs and answer all of my questions. I had never ordered a new vehicle before, so this was all new to me. Every question I asked, he either answered or told me he would find the answer and let me know. He did. Alex made sure to follow up with me and kept me in the loop as rebates/incentives changed. I can't say enough about Alex and what a great job he did. He definitely EARNED my business.

Trish in the financing department also took very great care of me. I had called multiple times with questions to make sure I had everything ready to go so there weren't any issues at the dealership. She took her time and made sure all of my questions were answered. At the dealership, she was just as thorough. Great job, Trish!

Finally, I want to include the General Manager in this review, Brian Solomon. Brian was really busy when I was there but he still took the time to allow me to tell him about the awesome experience I had with his dealership. He invited me into his office and spent some time asking me about my experience and what set his dealership apart from the others. He made me feel valued, which is hard to come by in today's sales world.

I’ve had my fair share of car buying experience good bad and ugly, but dealing with Alex, my salesman, and all the other members of their team was by far the best! Alex made everything very easy to understand and streamlined and even worked extra on my day of delivery just to accommodate me, which was extremely appreciated! I had some issues on my end in the trading process but the team was very understanding and handled it with the utmost professionalism! Best dealer in the Tri state area! From sales to finance to service always a stellar experience! They got me into a new truck in 21 and we just traded that for a 23 in August They make deals happen that other local dealers can’t even with same bank! I hated my original dealerships service department so I refused to use them for anything but I needed to address a recall so I started coming here instead, 45 minutes farther away then the closest dealership to me. Their service department (John) quickly earned my trust and begin building a relationship with me. They were honest and fair made time to get my vehicles in for me and checked in with updates as I waited for vehicle repairs. I ended up trading in my truck for a newer one. I immediately felt the need to play a tough guy role but was quickly put to ease with Mike (sales guy). He wasn’t playing that typical car salesman BS. He was friendly and we had a good conversation all while making an easy and honest deal for a new truck. Trish over in finance was easy to get along with while I signed all the papers. She never put pressure on me for the extended warranty. She explained it to me, we compared some things with it and gave me an honest and fair price. The whole experience couldn’t have been better with these guys and I really appreciate that.

I only have good things to say!! Alex was there whenever I test drove my Jeep gladiator, I was super comfortable talking to him. Great atmosphere, most importantly they talk to you like human beings and not “dealers”. Jason in financing was AMAZING. He walked me through all the steps while also quickly getting us through the process. Any questions I asked they both were super helpful and quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend. So happy to bring home my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave!
