Mansion Farm Inn

My wife and I stayed there for our 40th anniversary. Everything was perfect. The rooms, were clean and decorated very nice. The breakfast was tasty and Wil the inn keeper was the best. Paula had breakfast ready to go every morning and she was very helpful with information about the area. We can't wait to go back.

Places is perfect for pet owner. The property is set back far from the road quiet and very clean. We would stay again. EV charging on site.

My husband and I spent two glorious days at the Mansion! The rooms were beautiful, anything you could possibly need was there. There were snacks there was coffee in the morning with the Keurig machine and fresh coffee available at 8:00 a.m.!
The pool was wonderful. They were comfortable chaise lounges. And the yard was lovely to sit in. It was just the perfect getaway.
Our host will was gracious, generous with a wonderful breakfast, and pleasurable to be around.
We will definitely be back again!

We booked a doggie suite in the barn. So much space! Sitting area, large dining area, full kitchen, separate bedroom with adjoining bathroom. Easy parking.
We received comprehensive late check in instructions via text. Mansion Farm is a very short distance off Route1 but extremely quiet. One of the innkeepers came quickly when my husband had a TV question.
We hope to return and recommend Mansion Farm Inn without hesitation.

We had the most amazing stay at the Mansion Farm Inn. Will is such a great host. Our room was so spacious and the bathroom has the most best tub. The grounds are so beautiful. It was so relaxing and the pool so inviting. We are so looking forward to going again.

Well appointed rooms on a beautiful property. This is our second time at Mansion Farms Inn, and we just love it. There are so many positives about this place from the amenities which include a soaking tub, adjustable beds, coffee -and not to forget the relaxing pool and I had and serene setting. Will the innkeeper is so helpful and makes amazing breakfasts! Wish we could stay longer- but we had to get back to work. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a lovely stay at the Mansion Farm Inn for a week! Will's breakfast were beautiful and though he was worried we'd get tired of his food, we never did. We enjoyed the pool, gorgeous and comfortable rooms, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and very friendly service! Sample breakfast pictures attached!

My wife, three kids, and I booked two rooms at the Mansion Farm Inn recently because we were helping my mother-in-law prepare to relocate from Milton later this summer. We had looked at local hotels in Dover or Rehoboth Beach, but decided on this B&B because how close it was to her house. It made all the difference in the world being so close and the inn felt like home, with amazing breakfasts and comfortable rooms. My very active kids enjoyed the spacious backyard to play sports. An added bonus was getting to know Will, the owner/innkeeper/awesome cook as well. I highly recommend this place.

The Mansion Farm Inn is very quaint, beautifully appointed, the best Inn Keeper in the Universe. Will has thought of every detail to make your stay pleasant and without stress. He is an excellent chef and the breakfasts were outstanding. We hope to go back one day.

What a lovely, spacious, inn. I really enjoyed the shared, enclosed porch on the second floor, where I could enjoy coffee before it was time for the delicious breakfast.

Very accommodating. The weather was bad, and I easily rescheduled my reservation. The property is clean, updated, and beautiful. Breakfast was perfect. Everything was peaceful.

We had an excellent recent stay at Mansion Farm Inn. The Holly Room is spacious, well appointed with spectacular sunsets. The salt-water outdoor pool was a great way to end a day and the grounds around the house and pool are lovely. Because of a commitment we had, we only were able to have the yogurt and fresh fruit which were both delicious and generous; next time we’ll be sure to have the savory breakfast & we look forward to our next stay — thank you, Will, for your gracious hospitality!

Perfection is how I would describe our stay here. Beautifully restored historic home with expert appointments and attention to the needs of the guests. The bed was amazing and our room (Holly) was absolutely beautiful. Gracious host and fantastic location. You will not be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay at Mansion Farm! A perfect weekend getaway, and Will was so helpful with recommendations along the way. I was so sad we had to leave a day early after I caught a little bug - we will absolutely be back!

My wife chose the Mansion Farm Inn as an anniversary getaway. The location is close enough to the beach and still removed just enough to provide peace in the evening. The room was spacious and meticulously clean. And the included breakfast? Amazing! Do not, I repeat, do not go out for breakfast. Will is a top notch chef and you will enjoy his breakfast and his conversation. Amazing place and an awesome innkeeper.

Will was a wonderful host and catered to all of our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home. The room was beautiful, the bathroom was exquisite with a large soaker tub and the bed was very comfortable. The food made by Will was delicious. We highly recommend you go and check out this beautiful Inn yourself.

This bed and breakfast was the perfect getaway. My girlfriend and I truly enjoy every aspect. Will was extremely gracious and made our stay even that much more special, to cooking us a delicious breakfast, letting us relax by the beautiful pool ,to telling us places to go to watch amazing sunset. We stayed in the Milton room which was great! We are looking forward to our return , extremely clean and cozy environment. The front porch was another bonus which was very welcoming. Glad we got to stay here it was a great find!

Our stay at Mansion Farms was delightful. We loved everything about this country chic bed and breakfast; the decor, the beautifully decorated rooms, the music playing throughout, the salt water pool, the 5-star service, the delicacies served for breakfast, the options for watching television, the snacks on both floors, the sheets and super comfortable adjustable bed! The best part was the fun that we could share together and feel comfortable since this was the first trip we’ve taken since the pandemic began. This beautiful place contributed to the ease that we felt the entire stay!

Our weekend at Mansion Farm Inn was by far the most relaxing get-a-way we have ever taken. The house, outdoor space and all amenities were absolutely perfect. From the location you can easily get to multiple beaches, quaint little historic towns and excellent dining. We enjoyed a lot of quiet time at the b&b by the pool, on the porch or in any of the other outdoor spaces. Will was a gracious and kind in keeper who made sure we always has everything we needed and had an enjoyable time. And Breakfast was DELISH everyday!!! We can't wait to go back again sometime.

The Mansion Farm Inn is truly a hidden treasure! Absolutely gorgeous setting in the quaint town of Milton! The room was decorated beautifully, and everything was immaculately clean! Super cozy and welcoming atmosphere! Will & David were very attentive of our needs and also respectful of privacy. The breakfast was divine! We had such a wonderful experience and cannot wait to come back!
