IHOP

When we stopped in to this location there was only 1 waitress on duty... She was the BOMB! I don't recall her name but she was attentive, friendly and her level of overall service never fell short. Our food was fantastic 😋 and right on time post a full day at Hershey Park!!

I was a few mins early for a pickup order and was patiently waiting. While waiting I had 3 different employees ask me what my name was and that they would check on my order. The third young lady offered me a free drink for waiting. Keep up the good work! Seems like you guys have a good Wednesday morning/afternoon crew.

Went there on a sunday around 11 am, the restaurant was busy, but I didn't wait long to be seated. Food was exactly how it was written in the menu.

First let me tell you I'm sorry...so sorry that I didn't take a picture for ya'll. I ordered the Salmon, Rice Medley & Steamed Broccoli. I didn't even know IHOP served more than breakfast items. Hello... where have I been? This meal was one of the best meals I've had in a while. It ranks right up there with the "fine dining" restaurants - no kidding! To top it off the price was soooo reasonable. The amount of food I received was more than enough. As a matter of fact, I shared my meal and was still very full and happy. I'll be returning, that's for sure!

Had a delicious fulling breakfast of French toast😍, with my mom 💕.
Our waiter Jason was very sweet, and kind.,not along wait either.

Food as always, excellent. The place to go at any time off the day,
Something to noted, Ihop can accomodate and quick service a large groups of people.
The servers were so good with us.

We came in late on a weekday. Service was freaking fantastic. Food was exactly what we were expecting but in abundance.
The server was incredibly friendly.

Empty on a Wednesday, great food choice good cook and excellent waitress 😁

Breakfast was surprisingly good because the help seemed to be disheveled and not sure who would wait on us or when.. food and price is worth a return but not the wait staff. Sorry !!!

Friendly staff clean environment service was a little slow but the food was worth the wait i cant wait to go back!!

Literally one of the best dining experiences we've ever had as a family. They were packed due to a massive party that came in, but still provided over the top service to everyone. The food was excellent, service was quick, and the place was immaculately clean. The AGM Gary was the most kind, charming person and took the experience from good to great for us. It was clear his staff respects and appreciates him because he gets his hands dirty wherever needed We will DEFINITELY be dining here again.

Just have to mention our server! Her name is Samantha and she was the absolute sweetest young lady. She was friendly and attentive and I just cannot praise her enough! Also, the food was very good and extremely affordable. Samantha you were awesome! Take care of yourself and your wonderful children!❤

Had to wait a while for the food but that was because they had 1 cook show up that day. I do commend the manger for going in t the back and start cooking!

Wasn't busy so we got excellent service, the man named Gary was a pleasure to mess around with. The hash browns are amazing, and the pancakes really were fluffy.
The French toast and strawberries look better than the picture. Good personal first experience.

When we are here there was only 1 person running the entire restaurant. The service was great and the food was delicious. The coffee sucked though. It tasted burnt and bitter.

Went on a Monday and they had 2 people working. The manager running the place and the cook dealing with the back. We still got exactly what we ordered in an extremely fast time. We were told about the wait time as we walked in as well and it was well worth the wait! Definitely plan on making it a weekly thing just to see the awesome manager again!!

They are desperate for employees I don't truely blame them personally the food was great just lackrd service and I only ever see 2-3 servers and they all get sat super fast so they get flustered

Our waitress tried very hard. We sat down for 15 minutes before we were served Coffee and no utensils on the table. Granted, they were busy we waited 20 minutes to be seated.

I just went to this IHOP with a large group with kids and adults. They were wonderful to us and extremely accommodating, helping us join tables, and making sure the kids got their meals right away. The waitstaff was wonderful and efficient despite being short-handed, and the food was excellent!

I will gladly revisit this IHOP anytime I am in this area again. It is rare these days to have such wonderful service, and I was pleasantly surprised!

In spite of the crowd, our server Cyn was very friendly and helpful and efficient! All 5 of us enjoyed our food which was fresh, hot, and delicious. Some had juicy burgers, some had a la carte items, and I had the salmon, which was really delicious! We tipped her 20 percent because that Lady was awesome. This is a great place for meeting with old friends because the atmosphere is perfect for it and there are yummy food options for everyone no matter their age or dietary needs.
