Best Western Plus Intercourse Village Inn & Suites

We've stayed at various hotels throughout the years, and this was absolutely one of our favorites. The swimming pool was so warm, you could walk right in. The hot tub was wonderful. The breakfasts were delicious and had everything you could ask for. The decor was unique and made it feel more like a local lodge, instead of just staying in a sparse box. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We really couldn't ask for anything more! Thanks again to everyone who works so hard to make it an excellent experience.

This place us absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Every area I went into was very clean, from the room, to the common areas, down to the pool area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and made our stay that much more enjoyable!

We needed a room for an overnight, and this fit my wife's needs very well.
Reservation, check-in, and checkout were quick and friendly.

The temperature was frigid, so we didn't take a walk around the property.

The room was comfortable with more than adequate to handle all of the electrical recharging needed.

We travel often and stay pretty exclusively at Best Westerns. This was our first stay at this one and it immediately rose to the top of the list for our favorite Best Western. From check-in to check-out and everything in between, perfection during our 3 night stay. Breakfast included in the restaurant setting was a nice touch. Fanny (who handled the breakfast area) was a very refreshing and welcoming way to start the day. We'll be back !!!

First time visiting, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Every single employee we interacted with through out the hotel were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The front desk staff are welcoming and attentive to their hotel guests. The staff in the restaurant and breakfast area are hard working in keeping up with the guests and making sure food and supplies are constantly being refilled. The food in the restaurant was good. The hotel is clean and comes with some nice extras. There is an outdoor basketball net, corn hole game, great outdoor furniture to relax on, a fire pit and indoor heated pool and hot tub. We felt at home, very comfortable and this is not always something we feel when staying at a hotel. Everyone who works at this hotel should be praised for their hard work and for all they do to help make this establishment a success in hospitality.

We were traveling to Lancaster for a wedding and staying at this Best Western. They had our rooms ready one hour early and met us at the front desk with a warm welcome and four bottles of water for us. Brooke was so kind and accommodating that I told her I was letting a review. We had no extra time and this meant so much. Joely also did an amazing job and was very professional thoughout our stay. The motel was so clean and comfortable. We slept well and enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. Thank you all for the excellent customer service!

We were extremely pleased with our visit. From entering the lobby to our room to the amazing breakfast & the ability to walk to the unbelievable Kitchen Kettle Village, coffee shop, Barry's Car Barn, it was a fantastic time. We are already talking about our next visit. This Best Western is definitely a place to stay - so clean, staff shows how proud they are to be an employee always trying to make your stay enjoyable & if you need anything they are there to make it happen.

Love this place! The staff is very pleasant. Great location in a small quaint town with lots of shops within walking distance. The lobby with its 2-sided fireplace and chairs/couches is inviting. Indoor pool and jacuzzi is in its own building steps away from the lobby with outdoor couches and fire pit with surrounding seating. (One of my favorite things about this place is that the pool is warm enough to get right in) There is also a day spa adjacent to the hotel which gives a discount to folks staying there. The guest rooms are all updated and clean. Some rooms have walkout balconies. Amish horse and buggies go directly past this location. They have recently moved their complimentary breakfast into the attached restaurant and added some breakfast items. Great move on their part!! They are planning to reopen their restaurant to the public for lunch and diner which is an added plus. First time I am leaving a review on Google but I know how difficult it is to pick a hotel in a place you’ve never been to before. We have stayed here at least a dozen times over a few years and have never been disappointed. I have seen the prices go up in the past couple of years, however, it is still a great value for all it’s amenities.

Wonderful staff who are so helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were so organized and food was great! Loved staying in the hotel suite with so much room for a relaxing stay. Thank you for your kindness and positive attitudes!

Ran out of stars to give. Place was awesome. Great location. Very quiet area and the rooms are amazing. The lady checking us in was very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. 40 mins from the Ren Faire.

Heart of beautiful town! Loved and enjoyed indoor pool. A few blocks from my favorite ice cream place. Joyful to see many horses coming by. And my boy left his attached blanket behind, they sent a mail to us….. what a sweetest place… we are coming for another Thomas ride and weekend getaway 2024!!!

We actually had a nice stay which only one night as we were passing through the area. I would stay here again for sure.

Bill and other staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to facilitate our needs. Our rooms were very comfortable, and the restaurant used for the breakfast buffet was roomy and comfortable with a pleasant ambiance. In addition to spa services, this location also features several separate pleasant areas in the lobby to relax or chat next to cozy fireplaces 🔥.

Very beautiful hotel, lovely hot tub and pool is great. The only thing is our remote for the TV, we needed batteries. But they were not the right ones. The rooms are very clean.The town is so beautiful and I would definitely come back.we had such a fun time.

Overall everything was great, the breakfast buffet was clean food hot and hostess was extremely friendly, the entire facility was very clean

We love everything about this place !! Everything including our room was spotless clean. The lobby and hallways have a beautiful vanilla aroma throughout! 24/7 FRESH HOT coffee with beautiful sitting areas.

The restaurant was fabulous. I highly recommend the corn fritters. The staff, from the restaurant to the front desk to housekeeping… literally above and beyond. FABULOUS complementary breakfast every morning …Everything is fresh and hot !!!! Amazing !! It’s in walking distance to kitchen kettle and so much more !! We can’t wait to come back again and again.

We love staying here! We live here in Lancaster County, but we stay here once a year. Friendly, kind staff. Continental breakfast is amazing and the heated pool and hot tub is perfect for all our children!! Highly recommend. Walking across the street to the pool is a very very small downside.
