Great products and coupons. I'm going to start using the refill foam soap to cut back on plastic usage.

I loved this place. And the environment was great. Not to crowded, but not like they didn't have business. I even had another customer give me a coupon for 20% off. I got the wiki coconut hand sanitizer hand wash... O my gosh they smell so good. I will be back. This was my first time at this location. Love it. ❤

My favorite store. Was disappointed that they didn't have all of my favorites, but found some new ones to try.

We were greeted at the door with the newest scents. The door greeter offered assistance if we needed it. She also helped my 7 year old to see the samplers. The check out process was simple, even though the store was a little crowded. It was still easy to maneuver around.

Always a nice, sensory place to visit! It just smells so good and their products are for true pampering! I was able to purchase what I needed & experienced very good customer service during my visit.

Great products and friendly service. This store is a bit small and hard to navigate when it is busy. Bath & Body Works is a bit pricey, but if you watch for their sales it's not bad. Love their soaps - especially the foam ones. My favorite fragrance is the Warm Vanilla Sugar. 😍

My girlfriend was amazed to find a huge variety of new scents. This store is always clean and well organized.

There is sometimes a wait because only a certain amount are allowed in the store at a time. The staff was so nice. They even acknowledged my 6yr is who wanted to basically play in the water. They were patient and helped her. Love that

I was totally surprised. Bath & Body Works sent coupons that I actually received. So I took it upon myself to utilize them within a few days!
OH, I have to say this too. The NEW HOLIDAY FRAGRANCES are ABSOLUTELY SMELLING ALMOST LIKE CHRISTMAS!

I found the staff friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with how they handled the Covid crisis with cleaning pay station after every transaction and offering a fresh bag as you entered the store. Great place to shop!

Awesome sales, very friendly associates, very clean and orderly despite the high volume of customers. Sample area was awesome and we loaded up with soaps, lotions, and air fresheners.

Such a super amazing response to covid 19 reopening!!! Limited guests inside store with a friendly associate outside greeting guests at a propped open door, so no touching door handles! Nicely spaced inside for limited guest interactions. Disinfecting of all high touch surfaces even container lids and baskets of smaller items. Well planned entry and exit to registers for payment. Associate disinfecting checkout area as well. Plus free sample soaps for customer hand washing! Samples of hand sanitizers as well. Absolutely best store I've shopped in during reopening!!! Its bath and body works and I was there for hand sanitizer and sale items. Great scents! Expensive but you pay it for the quality and great scents.

I'm from Virginia. I was In town for the holiday plus black Friday shopping. I bought a few sets and mix match more for free. I love the deals
