Milton Town Hall

Went online, made I payment like I do every three months, water was shut off due to nonpayment. Person I spoke to said the payment never went through. Then said they were addressing this with the payment processor because the same thing has happened to other people, but still charged me $100. Incredibly frustrating dealing with this place, they just really don't care. Really feels like a scam to be perfectly honest.

I had a seemingly minor issue with the Town of Milton. I tried resolving it through phone calls to the town clerk and was treated in such an unprofessional manor. I was hung up several times, the staff giggled in the back ground when I voiced my issue and asked for resolve. Finally, I asked to speak to the mayor who was not in the office and asked for a phone number. The number provided was never answered and did not have a voice mail set up, how professional is that? I was finally able to speak to the mayor who was aggressive, angry and non-helpful. His resolve is to do nothing. I think Milton deserves better than this. It is certainly not what he promised during his recent campaign. Shame.
