Harbor View Self Storage

The owner of Harbor View Storage she is a very nice and understanding, all around good person. We moved to vermont last year and have been on all the storage waiting lists. As soon as a unit was available, Harbor View called and we jumped at a chance to store at this 5 Star facility. Very clean and well managed, I can tell they take good care of their property and their customers and tend to all their needs and concerns. The building is very secure and we feel safe leaving our belongings here. I am beyond happy they have decided to give me and my fiance the opportunity to rent at Harbor View Storage. So I advise getting on the waiting list now for your chance to rent with this amazing Storage facility.

We had an outstanding experience with Harbor View Self Storage! The owners are fantastic to work with - very personable and 100% focused on customer service. Their storage units are located all inside a larger building and it's climate controlled, very clean inside, the units are all new, there is a conveyor belt to get things to the 2nd floor and plenty of carts and a large loading dock to load/unload. Just overall a great experience and we highly recommend them!

Very clean, safe, and affordable. Multiple sizes of units available in the same building, which is very well maintained and climate controlled. Loading docks and ramps make it very easy to get stuff into the building. I've had the majority of my things here for well over a year, and I definitely feel that it's safe and controlled there. Definitely recommend over others in the same area.

Perhaps the most important factor in choosing a self storage facility is the sense that your property will be safe and secure and this facility is absolutely exceptional. The location is very convenient and accessible, spotlessly maintained, well lit, and climate controlled. The interior units are brand new and various sizes are available (at least right now!). The website shows pictures of the units and their interior location and all the "paperwork" can be handled on-line. The owners are personable and very helpful. I honestly can't think of any deficiencies.

I was in a bind and got in contact with Harbor View Self Storage and they were incredibly understanding of my situation and very easy to work with. The facility was always clean and everything was always in working order. I highly recommend them!!!!

I could not recommend this business enough to anyone who needs a storage unit. Their spaces are clean, well organized, and easy to access. The owner was helpful, informative, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I may have had. I appreciated the privacy and security offered by management, and will be applying first with this business should I need extra storage in the future.

Great customer service

Great experience with the storage unit until it’s time to move out. Bought a house and wasn’t closing until 5/3, was charged for my storage unit the full amount of 5/1. This is after calling a week in advance to see if they could pro rate for those 2 days, never received an answer, left a voice message. They did not call me until 5/5 and told me that they cannot refund any of the month of May so I paid the full month and then continued to say that if my key wasn’t returned within that day they would charge me $20. Would not use this service if you want punctual answers and effective communication.

Really slopped the hog with this one guy! Total and utter disrespect to the top of this page. I have no clue how much of it will cost you guys. But if you have to go through it with a good deal, you should open it up
