It is nice and clean place, really well ventilated and dry. I dont know about winter time, but i am about to find out how well this climate controlled storage cell will do. So far so good. Only one thing I should say, there is no access for your car, they have main entrance for entire storage, its under the building. They have a cart for convenience.
Update a year later.
I picked up my stuff and unfortunately all wood was covered in mold. As they claim it to be dry...is not true. Winter did it's part. Moisture do get in...so it is not climate control area.
