This place was amazing!! Very clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing!!!! We had some issues with our travel plans and the owner and his staff treated us like family and make sure we were taken care of as such. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay. The owner "Mark" and his staff were very pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure our stay had everything we needed. We stayed in a Suite. The little kitchenette had the essentials you needed. I highly recommend and the price is right!

My son and I stayed at Cianci's Motel while visiting town for an event at the local College. The room's where clean and no issues with the room. We felt safe and as a woman traveling alone with her child that's vary important. A restaurant is located right next door and the town has plenty of restaurants within minutes of this hotel. Also shopping is within minutes, so if you forget or need something it isn't a long drive. This is a Mom and Pop owend hotel. The owner was always nice and polite. He always made sure we had what we needed when we seen him. We definitely will be staying here again in the future. For the price this hotel is a good deal.

Simply one of the best motels I've stayed at! My partner and I had a very comfortable stay here as we were driving home on our roadtrip. The owner was very sweet and welcoming. The room was sparkling clean and cozy. There's a huge backyard area with a cute trail and picnic tables. We got to enjoy seeing a deer eating a pumpkin 🥰

April 2021: I drove into town to visit a friend with terminal cancer who was in one of the facilities nearby. I wanted a quiet place not in town but not too far away. I did not make reservations ahead of time, but called the same day to see if I needed to. There is a trail out back you can walk to soul-search or enjoy nature. It was a perfect place for me at the time. I would definitely stay there again if it hadn’t changed much in two and a half years.

I stayed here for a week for work and it was very clean and very nice owner and staff. Good food just next door and great location I will definitely be back again.

This place is awesome, clean, well kept, quiet. Mark, the owner is always ready to welcome you, make you feel at home, and take care of you. The price is very fair and is in line with the room, so many chain hotels charge an arm and a leg for a room, that is no better!! I stay here every time I am in the area for work. The restaurant next door is excellent also.

This place was absolutely amazing it felt homey it had a little fridge a microwave and little coffee pot me and my husband went there for our 4 year anniversary

Cianci's Motel is located close to my father’s nursing home. The motel is very convenient to town and local businesses. The owner Mark went over and above on making sure my stay went well. The room was clean, nice and homey. Everything was well lit and I felt safe staying by myself.

Coffee, pastry, juice and fruit was available in the office for a quick breakfast!

If I need to stay in Greenville again, Cianci’s will be my choice…

Clean, cozy rooms for a great price. I've been in and out of town a lot for work and have stayed here a dozen times. I'll keep coming back. Very accommodating of my crazy schedule and room requests as well. If you're a fan of Schitts Creek like I am you'll feel at home right away with the country roadside motel vibe and friendly staff.

This motel is close to where my mom lives in Hadley and was just right for an overnight stay with my 3 daughters. Room was clean, noise level was low, and the staff was very friendly, helpful and inviting.
Location is great for in and around the Greenville area. Room was stocked with necessities like coffee, soap, clean towels, and TP.

I love this place. It's safe, quiet, clean and peaceful. As someone who travels alone, safety is hugely important. The owner is wonderful as are his staff. They are very accommodating and helpful. It's pet friendly and there is lots of space to walk dogs. Pet rooms are separate from regular rooms, which is a plus for those who might not appreciate our furry friends. I stay here any time I'm even remotely close to the area.

If your in need of a motel in the Greenville/Fredonia, PA area this is the place you will want. It is a older 60's motel but you be surprised by it's condition!!. I travel extensively and have stayed in many brand chains and very few can hold a candle to this motel.The above and beyond service and amenities for this small private motel are above reproach. The place safe quiet and convenient. Upkeep and comfortable clean beds are excellent furnishings . The friendly helpful staff will meet your every need. An example was my first morning we had a substantial snow during the night before; when arose thnext morning I heard a noise outside my room; when I checked I saw a man sweeping snow from my vehicle and shoveling a path around it. He did this to all the vehicles. Turned out this Mark the owner. So tell me where else you get that kind of service ? This is the place You want to Stay !!! God Bless you and yours Mark.

Being a local girl who comes back to visit family I have stayed here on many occasions. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I love the extra room along the bathroom window to put all my beauty (lol) products.

Mark and his staff always professional and willing to make your stay easy.

This past week has been a great. Great bed so comfortable, wish I could put the mattress in my suitcase to take home.

The night I arrived it snowed, in the morning Mark was out there blowing the snow off the cars in the parking lot. Talk about great customer service.

If I have one down side is the stairs sometimes they feel like are higher than normal stairs but they are definitely safe and easy to use.

This is the quintessential roadside motel. Charming, storied and with a very relaxed feel and incredibly friendy and accommodating staff.
Wifi, usb power ports, fridge/microwave, all within a very clean room. Restaurant/bar on-site. Everything I wanted and nothing that I don't need. Great place to stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay.

Quant and cute. The owner is very friendly, had an issue with the AC in our room and we were very lucky that he keeps one room available even when booked up so we were able to transfer. Had to end up staying in a smoking room which wasn't ideal but he made every effort to make it as comfortable as possible for us!

Just a simple, very clean motel. Stopped for the night on a Motorcycle ride to PA. Great parking and a super friendly staff! Price was perfect and I would highly recommend. Added bonus, there is a bar and restaurant right next door so no need to drive anywhere.

Fantastic little place right outside of Pymatuning to stay. Clean & remodeled rooms with fresh linens, and the in-room microwave and mini fridge were great to have for our leftover food. We didn't call ahead to ask, but they are pet friendly and we'll definitely be bringing our dogs next time! Owner also gave us some great tips for kayaking in the area for the next time we stay. We definitely will be back.

I stayed here in Suite 7 for almost 2 entire months. The staff is phenomenal and my stay was excellent. It really did become a home away from home. Since my return I’ve even told my girlfriend I want to take a trip back up just to stay here again. By far my best hotel experience (and I stay in a lot of them). Don’t hesitate to pick up the call and get a room, but just expect the staff to become like family upon your departure. Mark and Cathy I miss you guys! See you soon I hope!
