New Wave Comics

Nice comic book store! There's a ton of various comics, and some other neat merchandise. My husband is a fan of comics and things like this, and he enjoyed the store. He said that it has a lot more of the older and more vintage comics, and not as much of the newer things. But overall, a nice shop with a lot of comics and merchandise.

I've been coming to this shop for years and everyone has always welcomed me with a warm smile. The owners are super nice and their co-workers are always willing to help. I've heard that good customer service is not always easy to come by but after a few years of being a customer I've learned to appreciate the way they operate.

Well organized. my 9yr old had fun looking through the stacks. The pre- Bundled titles are a great value.

Great comic shop! They always try and help you! $1 comics available, very nice space for gaming, store has a good Facebook presence where you can claim books. A great presence in the community.

Very informative and helpful. If they don’t have something they’ll find it and get it for you. Everyone working here is nice and fun to talk to.

I’ve been a customer of New Wave Comics for about a year now and have to say that this is a great comic book store. They have tons of comics from publishers such as IDW, Marvel, and DC. The option to have a pull list is great as they are able to get the comics I want and hold them for me so I don’t need to worry about not getting them if I can’t get to New Wave Comics on release day. The staff is always friendly and is very helpful. If you are either a long time comic fan or just getting into them New Wave Comics is the place to go!

The best comic book shop for miles! The employees will go above and beyond to help you find the comic you want, and if they don’t have it, they can order it for you. I love the sheer amount of comics they have, enough to just sift through and spend hours there.

Amazing place for comics. I've recently rekindled my love for comics and happened upon this lovely store. They have a great selection and an awesome staff who will help you with your comic needs. They even have some Funko Pops, cards and more. Check them out. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!!

This was a cool store! They had a great selection from all the major comic publishers. Cashier also told me they do Friday Night Magic. When I was there last Sunday there were some guys hanging out playing Magic too. A nice vibe.

The store provides fantastic service and value. I recently moved out of state not only did they honor my subscriptions, but were super cool about shipping to my new address. Thank you again for the best comic book store experience!

It's always a pleasure to visit this shop with my girlfriend. It's easily in my top 3 favorites to go to and I've been to several between NJ and PA. It provides a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. At other shops, I have felt overwhelmed and cramped, but never here. Also, the shop owner, Jason, is very personable and just an all-around genuine person. I can't recommend this shop enough 👍

Amazing shop in skippack village. Owner and team have been friendly and helpful every time I stop into the store. Always willing to help me find something on the floor or in the back. The owner even brought boxes out to help me find an old comic he thought he might have…just above and beyond. Maybe my #1 comic store of all time…

This store is ACES. Extremely helpful staff. The NWC owner makes it a point to engage each & every customer. It's very much appreciated when buying comics, graphic novels, cards, supplies, etc. One of the few shops w/ a true passion for talking "shop" 👍

I stopped in to New Wave Comics during a business trip to the area. There was a great selection of comics, back issues, collected book runs, and bargain bins. The stand out feature of this store was the staff who were super friendly and knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, and were just plain awesome. I will definitely stop back again when I am in the area. A+++

I have been interested in comic books for awhile, but for whatever reason hadn't started reading them. I've frequented comic shops in my life, but usually I just went to play magic and hang out. When I started going to New Wave Comics something was different. Jason's (the owner) passion for comic books is infectious and within minutes of talking to him I suddenly felt compelled to start reading. He is insanely (almost unreasonably) knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. It seemed he was more interested in matching you with a comic you would love than making a sale. Mikaela (the owner) is welcoming. She is extremely friendly and while not as knowledgeable about comics just as capable and willing to help you in whatever way she can.

The shop is a little small, but has a nice sized selection and anything you don't find on the shelves can be ordered. There is also a "pull list" for people who pick up weekly issues. The shop also hosts events occasionally such as a "Batman and Brews" event in January 2014--where attendees read The Black Mirror trade and discussed it while drinking beer. The event was great and I cannot wait for the next one. All in all, New Wave Comics is a fantastic shop owned by two awesome people and anyone interested in comics should go and check it out!

Awesome store with awesome and friendly staff. I have been coming here since they opened and have never had a bad experience. It is such a cool and relaxed atmosphere and they do a lot for their customers. Even if I'm just browsing, the staff talks to me and makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. Since they are a newer store, they don't have tons of back issues, but what they have is quality and fairly priced. If you're just browsing, chances are you will find something you want and or need. I highly recommend this store to anyone with an interest in comics, tabletop games, card games, memorabilia, ect. New Wave Comics gets my highest recommendation. If you are ever near the beautiful Skippack Village, make sure you stop by....you won't regret it!

Absolutely awesome! Family friendly environment...The owners are personable and engaging. Great selection of comics, cards and collectibles for people of all ages. Lots of events. Knowledgeable staff. Best comic store in this part of the state.

I started visiting the shop a couple of months after they opened and I have never been disappointed. Jason and Mikaela are great people who run a wonderful shop. I have a large pull list and can be a bit picky, but Jason has always gone out of his way to go above and beyond for the customer.

Runs events in a timely fashion. Has a wide range of products. Clean too.

If you're going for magic card singles there is some but not a ton. They now have a digital inventory so you can easy check what they do have though.
