Went here to renew my license and get a membership. Everyone was very nice and helpful as well as friendly and welcoming. There was not too long of a wait. The process of renewing my license was simple, quick and easy. It's so nice to not have to drive all the way to Mercer just to renew my license. I am also glad I got my membership back, AAA has helped me so many times in the past. Definitely useful service to have.

Had to get registration, plates and title work done for my new car.
They are great, they did everything quickly and I saved quite a bit of money, on the fees, by signing up for AAA roadside assistance.
Can't beat paying $7.50 for a month of premium AAA roadside assistance to save over $40 off the fees for the car.

I have been a AAA member for almost 20 years and this location has always treated me with respect and given me fast and reliable service. Go in prepared, with a good attitude and your visit will be rewarding. SOmetimes there is a small wait ... but the wait time seems to be getting better each year as the technology advances.

Darian is the best. Everytime I call she is the most sweet and helpful person.

Got my DL photo here and it's so much quicker than going to mercer. But I'm a AAA premier member so I've been there a few times and it's always a pleasant/quick experience.

The girls at the office were lovely. They were very helpful on the phone as well as in office. It was wonderful to see how seamless they worked as a team to get things done together. They really care about their jobs and the customers they serve!!

Any time I have been to this location, I have never waited more than 3-4min to be waited on, everyone has always been kind, curtious, and helpful, and I'm not even aI have been there at different times of the day(morning, afternoon, and close to closing time) and there has never been more than a few ppl in line. I would suggest this branch to anyone needing anything that has to do with titles, changing titles, and notary services.

OK people. It probably shouldn't be five stars through no fault of the folks there. In truth it is and can be tedious. Why? Beauracracy. Rule by desks ya'all. So many steps and papers to get things done with "da man" that procedures can slow to a crawl. Much like a turtle race I imagine! Just remember, it is not their fault. They frequently have to jump through state hoops to get things done for you. Tell them "thank you, have a nice day". Ok?

Nice, friendly, very helpful. Insurance agent is friendly . she explains everything in easily understood language. Wish we would have switched to her, from our state farm agent, earlier.
