Red Roof Inn & Suites Hermitage

Staff were over the top helpful. Clean and quiet rooms, everything worked, plenty of hot water, and pet friendly.

We We're just passing through on our way home from a long road trip. It was exactly what we needed. A clean room and a warm bed. It's always a little more challenging when we travel with our dog but that is why I gravitate towards Red Roof Inn since doggies stay for free. It was a nice room and a good experience. They were even friendly and accommodating to a booking change with minimal notice.

Had a great experience here! Was only going to stay one night and move on but it was so clean and welcoming that we stayed three instead. The staff were all very helpful and professional. Our linens were very clean and fresh. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. And its convenient to all major roads as well as shops and restaurants.

Love this place. Our King bed room was great. Clean sheets nice bed pillows were too hard though. Flat screen TV with a good amount of channels but could not hook up our computer for Netflix. Good wifi though. Great shower. Good breakfast with great staff and pet friendly with truck parking all at a great price.

After driving 12 hrs decided to last minute book a room. I was amazed at how big the room was, needs were berry comfortable. Staff made us feel so welcome. Will definitely be back.

My job causes me to travel 9 months out of the year. Got in town big truck event going on,almost all motels were booked solid. Because I'm working I'm on a buget. The manager worked with me and made me a better deal for the week. Very nice guy. The lady at the front desk (becky) was great,made me smile the whole time. (and she was very easy on the eyes) went shopping came back to find no frig in the room....OOPS forgot to ask. Talked to Becky about it and had one in the room within ten minutes. Oh Yeah and on my up to my room one of the staff offered to give me a hand with my bags. Made me feel welcome. They asked if things were in order to make sure I had what I needed. That is pretty rare in todays busy world. Two thumbs up and high fives to this motel. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Thanks red roof inn and suites. It's the small things that count.

Very clean, affordable, wood floors (which is great for a pet friendly hotel) comfortable beds, excellent customer service. We stayed one night with our dog and couldn't have been happier.

There need to be thoroughly clean sheets on the beds. No one wants to sleep on half washed sheets?

Well.. when I saw the lobby and hotel hallway I thought to myself.. well this is a ....hole.. but when I opened the door to my room I was pleasantly surprised. The room was pretty nice, the bathroom had some mold in the caulking.. but overall I'd stay here again.

My stay here has been wonderful the staff is always there when you need something they are so friendly the atmosphere is family oriented they welcome any animals without charge I would come here again and I recommend anyone traveling to stay here

Good location and reasonable price. Clean accommodating rooms. Friendly staff and Continental breakfast in the morning. Also love the fact that there is truck parking out back.

The room was really clean and overall had just a nice experience. The one housekeeper I had was great!

Dog friendly with great pricing no dog free Continental breakfast. And a very clean room with extremely friendly staff.

Good place to stay however my key card would randomly quit working I got locked out of my room at night and I sat downstairs and waited for a half hour before an employee came and fix my card

The new rock wall behind the counter looks very nice. The skylight in the main lobby just got fixed and looks great.

Excellent staff nice clean rooms the stuff here are real nice i will come here again
