That's My New Car

It took me 9 years to write this review (sorry guys), but I passed their location today and thought about how grateful I was for these guys 9 years ago. I had TERRIBLE credit and nobody was willing to give me a loan on a respectable or reliable car. They sold me something that I liked, financed it (and reported my payments to the credit bureaus), and fixed the very few issues that came up over my 2 year term. Because they were willing to work with me back then, and because I did my part, I now have a strong credit profile and could buy any car I want.

Don is simply the BEST!!! We have purchased 4 vehicles from him in the past 3 years. He ALWAYS does the mechanical work and maintenance on our cars at a very fair price. My daughter's and I consider him family!!

Don and Tom do good work and not more than is required at reasonable rates. When my car was making noise driving down the road they told me to buy new tires first, which fixed the noise and they don't sell. They are also good about selling used cars that they have checked out first.

I bought my car from here. I was told the car was in great shape and that the brakes were new. Less than 2 weeks later I took the car back for a minor repair. Only later to find out that the brakes were bad and that they went ahead and replaced ALL 4 brakes without consulting me first before they did it. And had the nerve to think I was going to pay for it...especially when I was told before that the brakes were already new at the next I purchased the car. No...I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies.

Financed a car through them car wasnt with me 24hrs before it started acting up ie turned completely off in the middle of the road finally just got it off my credit which was the main reason i went there in the 1st place DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF RUN!!

Bought a car the lights came on less then 24 hrs later they wouldn't answer back.. the engine needs 2 be replaced they still won't answer.. they also put illegal inspection stickers on the car they sold us
