Lovely property, amazing staff, great price! Will definitely be returning!

My husband and I were traveling between TN and CT and stayed over at this Park Inn location in West MIddlesex. The courtyard at this hotel is very eye-catching, and with the current renovations underway, will be the only place you'll want to stay when in Sharon, PA area!

This place is a gem. Have no idea what the poor reviews are talking about. Building is older but rooms are updated with nice beds and flat screens. Feels almost like a state park lodge. We stay about 100 nights a year in hotels and I’ll remember Mack at the front desk as one of the friendliest & most helpful front desk clerks I’ve encountered. He even pulled up a coffee recommendation for us. Really great after a long day of driving to encounter someone like him. Thanks Mack! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We recently stayed at the hotel for an event. They really laid out the red carpet for us. They accommodated our large crowd and always worked to see how they could help. Like putting water out on the hot days and providing extra ice! We will be back. The manager and staff went over and above! We appreciate it!

Great place, very nice staff, rooms were pretty good, and everything there was pretty decent. Although, their pool was closed, not advertised as closed & was very inconvenient for my family.

I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming to our group. The red carpet was laid out, and we were treated as well as we've been treated anywhere. Any time that I'm traveling through the area and need to stop for a night, this hotel has my business. On behalf of the Leathernecks Nation MC, we appreciate your hospitality.

I traveled to Farrell for a Church Convention and needed a place to stay. My Godson and I enjoyed our stay. Clean hotel. Clean Rooms. Staff was excellent. I see the hotel is in transition to good to great. Looking forward to the new changes. I like the open bar area with the dance floor and lights. I think that was a nice touch. My Godson loved the hotel so much he didn't want to leave. Great Job Staff.

The owner hosted our party for a weekend. The service was excellent, the staff was very accommodating, and the overall experience was great. It is an older hotel but you can tell they are doing what they can to keep it clean and upgraded. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff absolutely make the stay worth it! They were very kind and attentive. They made sure that everyone of our requests were taken care of. We truly enjoyed our stay. The price is very low so you can’t really expect much. It makes me super sad that this was once a booming I am sure beautiful hotel but I am sure the amount that has to be spent to maintain is outrageous.

Our AC was working. I read reviews and people who have stayed prior have complained about the AC not working so we brought a fan. But we had no issue at all.
My children enjoyed the pool. It wasn’t anything to write home about but it was nice for the price of the stay.
The restaurant was good and I feel that the chef there is under rated. Everything we had was really good! And good quality.

Cons: Breakfast was just just alright. It filled my kids up. But it was just store bought pastries and waffles. But again you pay maybe $70 a night so you shouldn’t expect anything more.
Our room was cleanish. I can say I stayed at a Quality Inn in Grove City a couple weeks prior. I Paid $100 a night and there was blood ALL OVER the wall. So a little dirt in the bathroom is alright.

All and all. It was worth money. Your kids will think you are staying at the Taj Mahal because it is soo big and used to be soo grand I am sure. I am sure I will be going back again as we are geographically separated family.

This place has a grand pool and a nice hot tub. And theres a bar not far from it, which seemed like a lot of fun to be had. The owners are sweet and understanding and the rooms are so spacious and comfy. The buildings quiet and in the lobby they play nice music.
There is free breakfast in the wee hours of the morning, theres fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee, and more. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

This place seems to be turning around in a great way. Room service is great, and rooms are immaculate. The heated swimming pool was the best. The bar was huge and had great liquor brands. It looks super safe and easily accessible because it's situated between two major highways. I can't think of an amenity or a service that wasn't in the hotel.

I upgraded my review to 5 stars because Mac at the Front Desk was so helpful. He answers the phones in a timely manner and gets the caller to the guest room promptly. Mac has high level skills that will get him far in the hotel industry! This is what guest care and service recovery is all about 😊. Not everyone has those skills, so when you get a good worker you are lucky to have him!

My wife and I stayed one night on Saturday 10/22. We thought of it as a very nice motel. It has stiff competition with 2 major branded motels nearby, which explains its apparent high vacancy rate. What impressed us most was the sheer love the employees have for this facility. We just wish them the absolute best and the motel too. God be with you

My husband and I decided to take a few week “staycation” and hotel hop until our vacation time was over. We stayed 4 nights here and during that time, I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience. The rooms are standard, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The floors in the room were CLEAN! (A rarity nowadays)
What really got us hooked (and subsequently what made us extend our stay 3 extra nights) were the front desk hospitality specialists. Katelynn (sp?), Mac, and Troy are by FAR the sweetest, most accommodating people I’ve ever met. They knew me by name by day 2, and were pleasant to converse with.

Super clean. Staff really care about their guests. Rooms were nice size. Had a jacuzzi in it. The pool is great. The extra fun with the snacks at night. Great location right off route 80, close to 379. This is the best hotel in West Middlesex. Great if you have kids and pets.

This Radisson hotel offers excellent rates for what it has to offer. Small town hotel with a great indoor pool and on site bar. Sitting right off interstate 80 this is a great option for locals and people passing through. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean. There is even an arcade for those into gaming.

Hotel is a bit dated and can use some upgrades, but unparalleled customer service makes me come back whenever in the area.

Everything was great. Management (TJ) and staff was outstanding in the support for our group. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back.

We stayed at this location about three weeks ago. It is well kept, clean, and very personable. All of the employees are amazing and are very approachable. The pool and jacuzzi make an amazing stay! On top of that waking up to a five-star breakfast you cannot go wrong with! The bar and grill has such great choices to choose from, the amazing part is Friday and Saturdays they have a great DJ and open dance floor. Very convenient location to hop on many different interstates. The business and I stay at this location to two three times a month. The hotel associates Jan, Tony, and Stephanie I feel are the best I've seen before! The flexibility and consideration they provide is out of this world. Customer service could be a heck of a job, but those three I feel perfected it!! We will continue to call Park in our weekend home!!
