Ms. Jackie the manager of the hotel went above and beyond her duties to help me out as I had been in a car accident. The room was very clean the bed was very comfortable and the service staff was excellent! I highly recommend this motel.

Staff At the Front Desk was Very Helpful and We was Given a Great Room for a Great Price we was from Virginia and Passing Threw going to Delaware we was tired seen this hotel from interstate sign & We Pulled in and as said from start to finish the front desk was very amazing keep up the good work and thank you for all that evening the room was a huge plus and it was nice thank you .. I would give u more then 5 stars but I'm sure they get it I truly recommend this place if you need a room

Friendly staff, rooms are clean, the hot water is amazing! This property had a bad reputation under an older name. I encourage anyone who remembers that to give this place another chance. While not the Hilton or Marriott, I've seen staff working to upgrade the rooms the days I've stayed. Would definite stay again.

I'm not sure how to rate this, it is a 3 star hotel. Technically a motel actually. But frankly I had a better more comfortable time here than at many Hilton's, Marriotts, comfort inns and quality inns that I've stayed at. The staff is great, the location was perfect for me. Near a highway, near a few bars, near a convenience store, a Dunkin is right down the road... But nothing is within a 1/4 mile except another motel. So it was not too difficult to sleep but had a good amount of stuff surrounding it. Rustbelt fitness is right over the bridge if you're only in the area for a month they do a one month non renewing membership.

I've been staying at this Econo Lodge about once a week over the last month as I've been traveling here for work. From the very first day, I've been very impressed. The cleanliness and fresh smell of the room, and I would give a shout out to Jackie the evening and nighttime desk manager. She's extremely friendly, very professional, and very helpful. Where you might expect far less in a budget type Hotel like the Econo Lodge, she is just really on top of the game and I count her to be an asset to the organization. If not for Jackie, I would not necessarily continue to stay here cuz she just goes out of her way to make your stay a pleasant one, comfortable, and just goes the extra mile! I would most certainly recommend this hotel!

After a long and stressful day, they gave us Wonderful customer service. The rooms were Clean and neat. Beautifully decorated. Couldn't utilize the breakfast because of Corona, but still a great experience.

I'm in a motel in Hermitage and have been there for a long time I looked at a room at the Econo because Jackie is so unbelievably accommodating and nice and understanding to my situation I looked at a room it was clean it was nice it was big and I haven't been able to get there yet but I'm going to it means the world when people go out of their way to help you these rooms are a great deal and you can tell they care about their facility but most of all they cared about me thanks so much Jackie Carly

My boyfriend and myself have been staying at this motel on and off for the past couple months. Just to get away from the kids for a night.
Super clean rooms🖒so if your worried about COVID-19 I would definitely stay here, and feel comfortable and safe.
Only down side was in one of are rooms the vent didn't work or didn't have one, so the bathroom got super super steamy almost instantly, but no biggie. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. WILL be staying MORE often for SURE!!!!

I liked this place very much nobody bothered you if you need a clean linen the housekeeper's will knock on your and it was very quiet I would recommend Lee come

I had a family emergency that I had to come into town with no notice. Booked this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean and updated, and the price is unbeatable. I have stayed in several hotels in this area, and this is the best bargain. The staff was great, very impressed.

Good prices for the night. Rooms are clean, the people that run the place are very nice and accommodating. Coffee and breakfast in the mornings. Had my 2 dogs with me for a night and staff were very nice to them. Would def. Recommend!

Fine place to crash for the night. I had an updated room. Not sure what people expect for $50/night. Clean, quiet room is about all I need. Folks need to understand what "continental breakfast" means. No protein, just carbs. For $5 run done to McD's. OR another trick is to buy instant cook bacon in the microwave in the room. Not a resort, not a spa, just a good night's sleep.

Great place to stay. I've stayed here many times and it's always been very clean. The guy at the desk is extremely nice and helped us get the rooms we wanted every time. Highly recommend staying here!

Hey I stayed here because it was cheap and for the price I can’t complain. My room was surprisingly large and it was clean, nothing fancy but again...cheap. There is former broken down, boarded up hotel in the back of this hotel which was amusing and lead to a very large backyard that was pleasant to look at

We were worried about the other bad reviews, but when we got there it was fine. The room was clean, smelled clean, and had plenty of room. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would recommend, it is a good deal for the price range. Go to the Hermitage Diner 1 mi South on the west side of the road, great Rubens.

This is a great Christian hotel. Reasonable prices. Friendly service. Nice clean rooms. No complaints at all. We travel the country as transporters and whenever we're in the area again we will return.

The room was spacious, clean, and inviting. There was a microwave and minifridge which is always nice. Jackie at the desk was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was small but satisfying.

The room was clean and the couple who runs it was helpful. They fixed the TV to make sure it worked right even though we only stayed for one night. They also checked to see if we needed anything. The only problem I could see is that there are a lot of steps.

I gotta a chance to stay a the Econo Lodge for 2 days. It was great! The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed! The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful! they made me feel welcomed and attended to any needs I had. Room service was excellent and the rates were super cheap! Its hard finding a decent hotel that is clean, good staff, and at a good rate! The Econo Lodge is defiantly a place I would recommend to anyone to stay!!!

I choose this hotel because the staff are awesome and the rooms are really clean and I have never had any complaints to give them I will continue going to this hotel they are very respectful great people.
