I really felt defeated when calling to get help with a fine because I missed a 25.00 payment. I called to let inform them that the online option was blocked.. I called into tell to explain it was a human error. I thought i had originally paid that month. So I went only for the next month thinking I could pay the monthy 25.00 fee but could not. Court clerk Explained that they couldnt fix anything I had to pay a warrant charge or the warrant amount. This is one reason why our court systems are so screwed. I am out of state. But I rather pay it online then send it in a money order or a check and that's my only option.. I thought we were in a world where we can pay online anywhere, but for them to tell me they couldn't accept my money online that I have to send a money order was really rude. Just for the reason cuz I missed a $25 payment plan for that month. And I called them to let them know I made a mistake. Are we allowed to have human error anymore? Do we got to pay consequences for everything? Are there any breaks in life?
