I have no idea who made this place a hotel, but I feel like a place that has cameras that show a live feed directly to the police station should try to hide its existence from the world. Quimby Street Projects is just an open-style living prison. The only reason I selected one star was because that's the only way I could review. If you ever travel in this neighborhood, turn around and leave because even the police barricaded the exit so you only have one way out. People go down there to get high or murdered.
