Upon entry to the store to purchase a replacement protective case for my S6, I was greeted by the three fantastic sales associates, Miles/Anthony/Isaiah, who collectively were quite knowledgeable about their product line as well as options for existing phone. Ninety minutes later, I had the privilege of walking out with a brand new S8+. Yet, I never felt pressured to make a purchase. They were extremely helpful in introducing products to fit my needs and lifestyle.

Unfortunately, my new S8+ had issues with the screen (with high-end screen protector) inside one week, so I had to return it to the store. I was able to exchange it within the '14-day grace period'. They offered me options, and made the exchange policy somewhat palatable. I got off with just paying a "re-stocking fee".

At one point during my re-visit, there were three customers in the store each with different issues. One customer used a fair amount of profanity. But, the employees remained calm, courteous, and handled the situation with professionalism. Overall, these guys were well mannered and operated as a cohesive unit. I was impressed!

One concern that I might add, is that I would have appreciated if the Store Manager would have called me back, as promised, to inform me that they had received the specific screen protector which I explicitly called about two days earlier. Not a show-stopper.

While the these guys bent over backwards to help me as well as the other customers, they were obviously restrained by corporate guidelines and policy. It is for this reason, that I give them five stars.

The customer service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Miles and Anthony were so very friendly, also they were able to fix a problem that I've been having with my phone for weeks that no one else could help me with in minutes! So I definitely feel like they deserve these 5 stars.

Great experience here today! I had a number of issues that needed to get figured out and Naire did a great job trouble shooting. He offered suggestions and had a very positive attitude. This was a very rare customer service experience, and I would highly recommend using him. You won’t be disappointed!

Miles was amazing and Rob was great too. They got me a new phone after broke my old one and they even helped me track it with UPS. They sat with me for hours until I got everything set up just the way I like. I recommended this store to EVERYBODY!

BEST service I’ve ever had! Naier was AMAZING. Not only did I need a new phone 30 minutes before closing time but I was also new to the area and Naier treated me with nothing but respect and kindness, and made sure I got the best deal possible. He made me laugh , made sure all of my files transferred over smoothly and even stayed an hour past his closing time to help me set up my phone. He’s the definition of excellent customer service and Verizon is lucky to have him.

I had a great experience here as usual . Monday 01-08-18 I went in with my son cause his i-phone was not working right and we needed to review our options for a new phone. I also needed his new watched (he got for christmas) "paired" with his phone once we got it replaced. JOSH (who works at this location on Sundays and Mondays was extremely helpful in helping us with our upgrade , informing us on new products and services and over-all wonderful customer service!! I highly recommend this location. It is rarely busy - and the staff is great to work with !

Miles is a great guy. He always helps me out when i need it and he saved me money on my bill. I got my VEHICLE protected and i didn't even know they offered that. I will be sending my friends to him also.

What a great experience. I stopped in to ask about a package discount I read about and Naire was my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to review my plain to see if I was getting the best deal and discounts that I could. He ended up saving me $40.00 a month rather than $20.00 a month on my wireless bill. That's great service.

I was having a really stressful day because I've had the run around since 10-4 to replace my daughter's phone that was malfunctioning and under warranty. After finally having the new device (nearly three weeks later because Vzw put the wrong address) the SIM card needed replacing. We came to this store per tech coaches orders and they technically couldn't do anything, but after everything I've been through they replaced my daughter's SIM card anyway. I really appreciate Miles' and Anthony's help when they didn't have to because they aren't a corporate location and and went above and beyond for us.

Josh was extremely helpful. He's got you covered like blanket. We talked it through and he helped me walk out with the best deal for my situation. He didn't have to take the time to explain everything to me, but it was apparent that he cared and wanted to take the time to figure what works best for me. I highly recommend stopping in on a Sunday or Monday for his help.

I had a bill that was $1800 in outrageous charges from my 10 year old grandson. With the help of Miles and Bob, they were able to remove all charges on my bill. I am thankful for them and recommend service through them.

Naire Forman is the definition of excellent customer service! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and had amazing communication skills. I highly recommend going to this Verizon location because they truly go the extra mile for their customers.

Miles helped me fix me phone in no time. He was very nice and explained everything to me. I recommend going in and seeing him. I'll definitely be getting my tablet from here.

I hate going to cell phone stores, but I went to Verizon in east norristown and the service was exemplary. I first spoke with a gentleman Anthony who totally helped and informed me how to savemoney and use cell phone more efficiently.
A couple of days latter I had a small problem and had to return. Anthony was on vacation and I had to deal with a gentleman Miles , who spent at least 30 minutes resolving my problem . Both gentlemen were very helpfull , and took thier time . Two great employees, who I would give my highest praise. Great customer service!

The guy on the phone reset everything and deleted my entire phone. Luckily Miles was there to help me get some stuff back. He was amazing. He was like a wizard working with magic.

Best verizon I've been in awhile. Not sure why I ever stopped coming here. There is No traffic, great service and the manager Miles was fantastic. I recommend this store to anybody in the area.
