This is our local breakfast spot, the food is good with a lot of choices. The German pancakes are superb.
We have been here many times for breakfast and lunch and it never disappoints.
The staff are friendly and efficient, the layout/decor is your standard cafe/diner, no frills but perfectly adequate.

Stopped in for late breakfast. Coffee was great, Kathy, our waitress was awesome. My friend had the sausage gravy over biscuits and they were great. I had the fluffy pancakes and they were perfect. We both shared a German pancake, with raspberry sauce, which was very good, but more dessert like. Will return for lunch as platter’s being served looked delicious. We took a bowl of shrimp bisque home for dinner and it was excellent.

We stopped here for brunch. The food and service was really great here. We had to wait for 15 min due to the rush inside. The food was really good over here, and I definitely recommend this to all. German pancake is a must try. Cheese steak omlette was really good as well.

Enjoyed a delightful visit to the bustling country kitchen in the area. Despite the usual crowd, the wait was well worth it. The Egg Benedict was decent, but the standout was the German Pancakes, especially when paired with fresh berries. The white chocolate, as captured in the photo, added a delightful touch to the overall experience. Highly recommended for a satisfying and flavorful breakfast!

We decided to try this establishment mainly on its name and we made a great choice! The place was jumping when we got there but we were seated in a couple minutes. Staff was friendly and attentive, considering how busy they were. The food came out rather quickly and was nice and hot. The crab meat benedict was delicious according to my wife. Scrapple has to be prepared properly for me to enjoy it and this was done to perfection! The German pancakes were a nice, sweet treat to end the meal.

We were there on Saturday and Monday of BIG Nascar weekend!! Great food, great waitresses, great value! On a comparison of the 2 days - Monday was down by several staff, and food suffered slightly with details BUT still excellent 👌 At this little place, you have to be prepared to wait some in line and a little at table but if you're not uptight and in a hurry, it's well, well worth it!! We'll be visiting on our next trip back for Nascar weekend!!! 😀 Food was ALL eaten, pics are mid meal, as we looked at our plates when they arrived at table and dug in forgetting pics at that time!

After driving a couple hours from New Jersey by 10am I was ready for a good breakfast. In the Mt Pocono area the choices are somewhat limited if you don't want fast food. A quick Google map search and Moyer's popped up and I am happy it did. It's a smallish cafe in a strip center and if crowds are an indicator this is it. One thing about being solo is while a party of 5 may have a short wait a single usually gets seated kind of quickly and I did. The menu has all the usual breakfast items like eggs, omelets, french toast etc. The one thing on the menu you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere is German style pancakes. I ordered an omelet with home fried potatoes. The server said that I should try the German pancakes so I did. The omelet and potatoes were cooked perfectly. The pancakes were a delight. The flavor is somewhat akin to a funnel cake. Kind of sweet with a fluffy texture. I ordered mine served with powdered sugar and were delicious like everything else I ordered. There are also various fruit toppings available. The service was super friendly and efficient. I never felt rushed or like I was waiting too long. The dollar value for my meal was exactly as I thought it should be. Not cheap but a good deal for high quality food. If you are in the area and hungry this is a great spot for meal. Check out the food picture and you'll get why I enjoyed Moyer's.

We came in on a Saturday around 11:30. The place was busy but we had no wait time. The food was delicious, I definitely recommend the House Special Omelette which is a buffalo chicken and blue cheese omelette. My friends were all happy with their choices too. Our server was attentive despite the place being busy. Will come back next time we’re in the area!

This is a great breakfast place. I order the German pancakes with bacon. The pancakes are absolutely delicious and the bacon is cooked just right! Wow, they're fast as well and the wait staff is awesome. The only negative is, you have to have cash. They have an ATM inside, but it charges you a fee to use it. So bring cash because it's worth it!!

You have to try the German pancakes! I can't believe I've never tried these before, so good! I have no complaints. Food was good, service was fast and friendly, and the place was clean. The prices are very reasonable as well. It's definitely a hidden gem.

This was perhaps the best food I got in the Poconos during our trip. The German Pancakes are unbelievably good. They're more doughy and break apart different than traditional pancakes. The syrups that come with them are perfect, the flavor doesnt take over but compliments. Bacon was crispy. I would honestly come to the Poconos just for their amazing breakfast.

We came here for brunch. It was the first time coming here, and I'm glad we did! The food was delicious! 😋
I saw they had German pancakes and I was curious. I had to try them! Haha. They were sooo good! I got the Golfers Special, so I could also have eggs and bacon. It also came with home fries, which were pretty good! My husband got the German pancakes with a side of sausage. We both had the cinnamon vanilla sauce with the German pancakes, and let me tell you....that was DELICIOUS!! It didn't even need syrup, but the syrup did enhance the flavor...the way the flavors mixed...🤌

Great mom & pop breakfast/lunch spot. The food was great. We had cheesesteak omelets with home fries. The iced tea was fresh brewed and delicious! We also heard great things about their Reubens, so we got two to go for dinner. We warmed them over the campfire.

The food & service are worth the wait! My wife & kids got the breakfast sandwiches that came out hot & fresh. This is the best German pancakes I've ever had. For cheap the price, the pancakes, sides, & portion size make it well worth it. It's homey with the mismatched coffee mugs publicly displayed. Prices are great, the service is quick but there's no rush to leave. Very diner-esque & we loved it. We'll be back! 5 Stars!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ate here (big ups to the German pankaces) and the folks we spoke to. We almost didn't stop in, as the Google Maps overview describes the place as a chain. I verified that it is not a part of a chain. I encouraged the server to encourage the owner to change that. Some folks, like myself, try to avoid chain restaurants when traveling. But super-awesome 'one of its kind'😆 place!
