Like everyone else locked down during Covid I stopped exercising. My back became an issue and I decided to seek help in getting back into a healthy lifestyle. I have been going to Motivate Fitness for over a year now and the results are amazing. I used to go to the gym, going through the motions but now I know the correct way to perform the exercises to gain greater results. I was taken through routines, slowly building back up my strength. The stressing of core and balance has made a huge difference in my everyday life. The trainers are mindful of issues you might have and create programs to best meet your goals. After a lifetime of working out I am finally seeing results.

I never used to like going to the gym. I would go maybe for two to three weeks. Then stop. Bill, Tim and Jake are great. They encourage and educate you. You see people your age or older(I'm 53). Sessions have maybe 6 people. So you get plenty of one on one time with one of the guys. I now actually like going to the gym. Even when I was in the Army I never liked doing PT. But Bill and the guys changed that.

This is the place to get downright healthy with good training habits that are learned from first rate trainers. THEY MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE! The results are irrefutable. You gain strength and resilience in body and mind. I finally feel I am able to meet my goal of “dying young as late as possible”. I so love all of you at Motivate Fitness for this gift!

I started at Motivate Fitness to get stronger, healthier and faster in my golf swing. Bill, Tim and Jacob do an amazing job! What I like the most is how they hold me accountable and Motivate me to work as hard as I can to reach my goals. They set the goals and provide an atmosphere that makes me want to go to the gym and spend time with them as they share the same passion towards my improvement as I do. This really helps me stay focused and I am seeing a major improvement after 3 weeks.

I owe a bit of gratitude to Bill and his crew at Motivate Fitness. They took the time to listen, assess and prescribe the best path to health I needed. I felt instant relief in knowing I was in the right place and the perfect hands. I was definitely over training and under fuelling my body. With some small changes in my workouts I saw some great changes in strength, flexibility, body comp and overall confidence of well being. I do not know the reason but I feel taller when I finish my workouts with Bill and his crew. Motivate Fitness hits on every one of my fitness needs and goals. I've been a member for one week and absolutely love it! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable. They make sure your form is good and you're pushing yourself to do the best you can. Your meal plan is spelled out clearly. No calorie chasing. Just eat 3 meals a day. I feel like I've already lost inches and feel better in general. It's all in the name "Motivate" fitness.

What a great gym! The Motivate Team takes care of you as soon as you go through the door, setting up your equipment, having your exercise list ready, checking your form, and coaching you the whole time! The space is clean and efficient and the staff is amazing!

I had been searching for a fitness club that provided personal training -- and I found Motivate Fitness. After my consultation with Bill, who listened to what I wanted to achieve, I felt that I found a place where I would receive a training plan that would work for me. Tim, my trainer along with Jacob, demonstrate each exercise and guide me to make sure my form is correct so I get the most benefit from each set. Their encouragement reinforces that I am making progress -- they're great trainers and I appreciate their expertise. I attend yoga class too and I can feel the benefit --- my flexibility is improving and the sessions help me to de-stress.

The team at Motivate Fitness makes this a fantastic place to enhance strength, flexibility and balance. Their program allows me to put the work in they design and absolutely reap the benefits in a supportive environment. I'm 60 years old, 50 pounds overweight and since the pandemic started I've averaged 800 steps a day. I've had spurts of motivation on my own here and there but nothing that I could stick with, and therefore no results. I didn't have strength in my hands and arms, my legs, and I was out of breath walking up or downstairs. I couldn't climb out of a canoe or get off the floor without requiring help. I started with Motivate Fitness on July 14th 2023. MF tailors the workout to my level, where I am right now. It's challenging! It's hard. And it's working. There are some true athletes there that inspire me. And there are also lots of folks who are starting out like me, making real progress at their own pace. I was nervous for my first workout, because I'm so out of shape and older. I have never once felt out of place at the gym. I feel like I'm part of the group, I belong there as much as anyone, and rather than feeling intimidated, I feel fully supported. Tim and Jacob are extremely knowledgeable; they easily recognize where I need to/can do more, or maybe need to pull back. When I walk out of the gym after my work out I am on cloud nine, and I know I've done something that makes me healthier and stronger. I always look forward to the next workout with Tim and Jacob at MF. I am stronger, can walk up the stairs without pulling myself using the railing, hands free!!! I can carry a full laundry basket up or down the stairs like it's nothing. I can sit on the floor and get up on my own. Getting in/out of the canoe is much less embarrassing. I love it at MF and highly recommend meeting Bill and his team and giving it a try.

Calling this fitness studio "Motivate Fitness" is spot on. The great staff cheer you on and seem personally invested in your fitness journey. Oh, and they really know their stuff too—they bring a very smart approach to helping you get into shape. Highly recommend!

I have known Bill for quite some time. For an even longer time, I have struggled with most of the health issues that come with having a career in technology. Bill's advice and counsel have allowed me to lose about 80 lbs. and get into some semblance of fitness again. Moreover, he has provided me the MOTIVATION to take an active role in being healthy. It's in the name for God's sake!

With so many podcasts, websites with conflicting information, and supplement ads cluttering the precious little time we have to devote to health, Bill is a godsend! He is approachable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and above all else, comes to you where you are in your health and fitness journey. If you need help getting started or even taking things to the next level, Bill is the man to talk to.

Bill and the other trainer are great. The gym is very clean and semi private training only has 3 per class with areas marked off to keep your distance. Training tuned to individual needs and trainers keep you motivated. Feel awesome after a workout and great stress reliever.

I have been a member of Motivate Fitness for the last 6 years. I keep renewing my membership because everything that was promised to me in the beginning has come to fruition.
