I drove 14 miles to get to DiLeo Auto Sales, and I would've driven a thousand more after the experience I had. Most people go to a dealership and come out with nothing or a car they overpaid for. I went to DiLeo's and left with the car I wanted, piece of mind that I got the best price on the market, and an honest to God friend. Elliot is a dealer like no other, he'll make sure you leave happy and stay happy with your purchase. Car shopping aside, the guy is truly incredible. He's extremely funny, but the guy's also got a heart of gold (that's not something most people can say about a car dealer). I can promise you that he'll give you the best car shopping experience of your life.

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle here! Elliot made the process fun and enjoyable. I was treated with respect and patience. I was able to buy a nice used vehicle without pressure. They made the process as easy as possible and didn't waste my time or make me sit around like I did at other dealerships.

This is an update to my review! I had a mechanical problem with the vehicle. The dealership took care of my problem. They took complete ownership and made the situation right and worked to ensure I was not inconvenienced. They were a pleasure to work with. I'd give more stars if I could.

Couldn't ask for better service! I was out of town working a few jobs in their area and needed emergency repair on my truck. Got me right in and fixed it up in just an hour or two so I could finish my jobs that evening. Reasonably priced & freindly service, would definitely be a regular there if I was local!

I had such a wonderful experience buying a new car here. Elliot was so helpful and friendly. He never pressured me to buy and allowed me time to make my decision on the car I was interested in. The car I got is beautiful. Low mileage, one owner, car fax on the spot. At first I was very hesitant to buy off Dileo’s auto sales. Only because there’s no sign, and a few cars for sale.
When greeted by Elliot he was very personable, and outgoing... not pushy. I was very interested in a truck they had for sale.
I told Elliot I would be in contact after I go to my credit union to get approved, and to get a check. By that afternoon I got a check and called Elliot to get the truck ready.
When I got to the car lot, the truck was ready. Unfortunately I did not go home with the truck that day be there was a miscommunication with the title and I’m not familiar how dealers work since this has only been my second purchase from a dealer.
The next day I ended up purchasing the truck, and Elliot called me 30 minutes after leaving the lot confirming about paperwork.
A few days later Elliot called me again confirming the title, and sending it out.
I appreciate everything he did for me, and would definitely recommend this dealer.

Buying my used car with DiLeo’s Auto Sales was a great experience from start to finish. Elliot (the GM) was very polite and took his time with my wife and I, explaining the entire process (as well as available warranty options) and answered all of our questions. Having only ever bought cars from large dealerships (and from private auctions), I was a little apprehensive to buy my next car from an independent shop (like DiLeo’s) so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. That said, but my experience was overwhelmingly positive and rewarding. Not once did I feel pressured into buying things I did not need and I left very satisfied that the price I paid was exactly what I expected (with no hidden fees or unexpected surcharges added on). Elliot (and the entire staff that we encountered) were pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend DiLeo’s for your next car purchase.

I was referred to Dileo's by a relative as I knew I wanted to purchased a pre-owned vehicle but wanted to deal with someone I could trust. After meeting Bob and Elliot I felt extremely comfortable as they were not pushy.... They were more interested in knowing what I wanted in a car and how they could help versus getting a quick sale. When I came in to pick up the vehicle we selected, Elliot had it looking perfect. Parked in a special spot and just waiting to be driven off the lot.

Elliot made my wife and I feel at ease and made the entire process extremely easy and quick.

When I got the car home I felt more confident in the purchase and how I was treated. When my son is ready to buy his first car I will be back to see Elliot and Bob.

I was looking for a car under 10k with low mileage and that's exactly what I found at DiLeo Auto Sales. That the car was a 2017 model with great extras was a bonus. Elliott was kind and respectful to me. The purchase was fast and hassle free. This was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle.

Our family bought a used 2000 Chrysler Sebring convertible from DiLeo Auto Sales about eight years ago for one of our high-school-aged daughters. She was only sixteen at the time and making her first major purchase, but the sales staff treated her as an equal. We were very pleased with the price and the quality of the car—which lasted us another six and a half years—so we returned this past summer.

We were fortunate to have met Elliot Rosen, the General Manager, who began after we'd made our first purchase there. Elliot was knowledgable, friendly, and accessible. He presented facts about the autos, answered all of our questions, and put no pressure on us to make a quick decision. After completing the sale, we drove off with a filled tank of gas, courtesy of Elliot. When a minor problem arose a few days later, he was quick to help us resolve it and never behaved in anything but a cordial, professional manner. Try DiLeo's if you're looking for a quality product at a reasonable price with excellent customer service. They may not have a huge inventory, but what's there is worth it!
