Jeff Bennett and Mancini Motors went above and beyond to help me get an affordable reliable car. Not only did they take my poor rundown car for a trade in (for parts) but they allowed us to get a second opinion from a place up the road to check out the car that I was interested in. They drove it there and back themselves and fixed everything that was wrong before I bought the car. We had tons of questions and requests which Jeff took in stride with patience and courtesy. I highly recommend Mancini Motors if you're looking for an affordable used car. They will take care of you with honesty and integrity!

Jeff and Jamie are great to do business with. Low pressure/no pressure. Very happy with the car we purchased and they have been very good about taking care of small matters that came up after the sale. They have a fantastic inventory of very clean reasonably priced vehicles. Should be your first stop when looking for a good used car.

I first went to see Jeff about the Honda 2011 CRV. He was friendly and was no pressure. Someone called me about another car I was looking for from a bigger dealer. I left Jeff to see that car and was turn off by the sales people. I return to Jeff who was able to give me a good deal with a good percentage rate with a local credit union. Thanks Jeff for making the process easy and less painful.

Bought a car from here mind you I'm in jurupa valley California and this dealership is in Norristown Pennsylvania. Jeff took the time to communicate with me via video to show me the car and drove it I had the vehicle shipped Jeff helped me out with that and I see it kinda like a carvana type transaction. Car arrived no problems. Easy transaction great car!

Didn’t but a car here - basing this off of my experience shopping with them. I arrived to look at an Acura suv I saw posted on fb marketplace. When talking with Jeff, who was friendly and responsive, I shared my vehicle history and previous awd and 4wd suvs. He immediately points out that the Acura was not awd (a surprise to me - I thought all Acura suvs were). I mentioned that I travel north for holidays and don’t like getting stuck out of fear of weather. He goes “this isn’t your car, let’s look at something else” and shows me around to other cars. None of them were for me but i appreciate him risking losing a sale to ensure I didn’t ignorantly buy the wrong vehicle. And at no point did he pressure or oversell. This puts them in my book as a group I would trust in the future.

This was my first time buying a used car and after a couple of disheartening experiences elsewhere I got lucky and found these guys. Faith in humanity restored! They made the whole process easy and worked to make sure the vehicle I purchased was going to be safe and reliable as my daughter's first car. I recently purchased a vintage Mercedes from Mr Mancini and Jeff Bennett. I am from out of town and was concerned about buying sight unseen. Jeff told me all about the car and represented every fact. It was perfect and exactly as represented. They went out of their way to make sure it was easy. I flew in and picked up the car and drove 575 miles home.

I was searching for a car to buy and had some really bad experiences at some other car sales places. Called them because I was interested in two vehicles they had on their lot. We called them to see if they were still available and told them we’d be there in 25 minutes. I was SO IMPRESSED when we pulled up and they had both cars pulled out and waiting for us. We test drove both and ended up buying a 2012 Mercury Mariner. Jeff was extremely helpful and kind through the buying process. He made it quick and easy and honestly fun! DEFINITELY would recommend Mancini Motors to my friends or family who are searching for a new car.

Little late review but had to give this car dealer some love. Got my 12 QX56 from them in September of 2019. Jeff the one took care of me, even when I went to see this truck he made it possible for it to be there when I got there. Right away I check it out in and out, very clean and drove great ! Jamie and Jeff went out of their way to make sure that we had a great buying experience. Both cars we purchased are great vehicles and Jamie has so much knowledge, I trust his opinion. Every car on his lot he has verified to be a good reliable automobile. Jeff is very knowledgeable as well, and was a pleasure to deal with. He had great advice for our twin teenage drivers. I'm writing this review kind of late but I had a great experience here. Just over a month ago I traded in my Honda CR-V for a beautiful condition 2004 Lincoln Town Car they had. Jamie was great with making sure the Lincoln was ready for me to look at and drive when I got there but also made sure it was as clean as possible after we negotiated and I ended up taking it home. I've had very different experiences at other dealers. A few years ago I made an appointment to check out a car at a dealer and when I got there, nobody seemed to be expecting me and the car's battery was stone dead. I was very pleased that my experience at Mancini was the opposite of that!

I absolutely love the Lincoln, I've been driving it a lot and have already gotten so many complements on how clean it is! Thank you Jamie and crew for providing good customer service and making the car buying experience more enjoyable!

Great experience, no bs, none of the pressure I experienced at other dealerships, just very up front and all questions answered. Jeff was incredibly responsive and helpful. He accompanied me on my test drive since I didn’t know the area well, overall had a great time here and would highly recommend for a first car.

We were shopping for my daughter's first car and ended up at Mancini after we saw a used car on their website and emailed to inquire about it. We spoke with Jeff and told him when we'd be in to test drive it. When we arrived, Jeff was very low-pressure. We test drove the car and then returned to the dealership where we followed up with Jeff. We told him our best offer and he was very reasonable and accepted our offer for the car. While we took care of paperwork inside, the owner, Jamie, washed the car and got it ready to go! This was more than we expected. Very nice low-pressure experience overall and it was great working with a family-owned small business. It's been a month since our purchase and we're already corresponding with them again in order to find a used car for my mom.
