Great gym!! Staff is very friendly, place is well kept, and has a good assortment of equipment to get in a good workout. I would definitely recommend!

I like this gym for a few reasons. It has all the equipment you need, the staff is nice, the tanning booths are a convenient perk so I don’t have to go to a tanning salon anymore, and the membership prices are reasonable for what you get. I will say it is a no-frills gym so if that’s your vibe then I wouldn’t recommend it but if you just like a good workout with good equipment surrounded by good people then I recommend it here!

Love the gym! Been coming here for years. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful with whatever you need. They offer so many different cool classes. Great to come with your friends and have a good workout!

Underground Fitness is a high rated gym and facility that caters to all walks of life in the fitness/health industries. The owner, staff and maintenance are second to none. The folks that work out at this gym are like a family. Peaceful environment, cleanest gym in Stamford. I highly recommend Underground Fitness for your gym and heath goals!

Underground is the best gym around, especially since they are open all the time. Being able to wake up and hit the gym first thing in the morning is great. Every machine you will need is operable!

I have trained at many gyms over the last 17 years. Underground is by far the cleanest and most organized gym, also "most complete" in the Fairfield county area. I highly recommend anyone looking for a gym to come here and take a look. Happy member. 💪

Great gym for the new and experienced. Opened almost 24 hours a day so it’s easy to find time to work out. Staff is also very kind.

Coming to this gym has been the best decision I have made and I highly recommend coming here rather than the other local gyms. The staff is awesome and makes you feel like your at home, it’s always clean, and of the hours are the best part!

I have lifted in many different gyms throughout my life and this is by far my favorite. The trainers and staff are very friendly and everything is clean. It is a very nice environment to work out in and there are plenty of machines and weights for all levels of lifting.

This is the best gym in the entire Fairfield county. The equipment is always clean and in order unlike other gyms around here *cough cough* LA Fitness. The staff there is always nice and welcoming. Jonathan is the best, make sure to say hi to him. They also have an amazing pendulum squat that is to die for. No leg machine in Connecticut can match it!

Underground fitness is a great gym. I love it here. I’ve lost about 20 pounds in just 2 months of working out here. The staff is very polite and I am always greeted when I walk in. The gym equipment feels new and overall the gym has a great look. My trainer Tristan is also very nice. He is one of the best trainers he helped me loose so much weight in such a short period of time. He is the best and I would definitely recommend him when you go. Overall great gym great staff and great trainers.

Absolutely love this gym. I’m new to Connecticut and needed to find a gym. Haven’t been upset with my decision yet. The gym is super clean, equipment is very up to date and the staff has made me feel more than welcomed.
